Slow. Long wait times usually one or two hours after set time. Not enough staff and their…read moreoverworked so it isnt good. When your put in a exzam room you wait just as long , then its usually a different dr person each time , so you have to reexplane everything. Id recommend avoiding / reading other reviews under the other listing.

GBUACO,part of Urban Famliy Practice 564 Niagra St. Just to clarify, there is a marketing campaign…read moreby them, offering free or low cost healthcare. There is nothing new or innovative, nor is there anything offered that your current insurance doesnt offer. For instance, recently recieved letters, states "able to keep your current dr" this is possible by just keeping your dr.if the dr changes insurance participation(called pairing) you would lose your dr,like any plan. Also,"s access to the best drs hospitals specialists" which you have w hyour current insurance. Im just offering common sense and advice here;if it sounds too good to be true,it probably is. Theres only money at the heart of every health organization, like GBUACO. Drs are in business, and pts are the product. Drs get spiffs and percs from pharmacutical companies, health hardware companies and tax breaks. If you have insurance or not, there are hundreds of options. Dont just jump on with a health organization claiming health management,YOU manage your health.if you noticed dny dr you see,be it specialist or primary, you get 3 to 5 minutes with the dr(if your lucky enough to see the dr) and less than 10 minutes when you see phsycians assistants or others.

The hospital has lovely employees, well-trained staff, and world-class equipment. What they lack…read moreis private rooms. Every time a loved one comes here for care, the room-mate is a dementia patient who becomes delirious and sets off bed alarms All. Night. Long. Realistically, this is outside the staff's control, but it's not outside the Board's: Other hospitals have reduced the number of rooms to improve the patient experience for those who are not demented (and need rest).

My niece was admitted for a blood infection last Thursday. She went two days without food - and…read moreonly got food because I called the cafeteria to get her some. They apologized and said they were short handed. She has been feeling better for several days, and has been told she was going home "tomorrow" for the last three days. They said they needed to run a certain scan before they would release her and apparently it took three days to do it. It is now Friday, scan was done yesterday. She thought she was getting out last evening, and then they promised her today she would go home. Now they told her insurance has not approved her home health care, and she won't be going anywhere - Monday at the soonest because insurance company won't be able to approve it until next week. This poor 41 year old has stage 4 cancer and two small children at home she hasn't seen in over a week. I've called to talk to medical director, the CEO, her doctors and left messages. No call back at all! This place has done more harm than good for all of us.
