They give you enough refills tio last you for more than six months then say they re not refilling medicine for patients they haven't seen in 6 months. There has got to be some serious mishandling of business. Why do you guys keep changing your name? And why do your doctors keep leaving? I had @ doctor's assigned to me last year and they are both gone now! You guys only stay open because it's convenient for the rown and Black community while doing them wrong and ripping them off at the same time. The sad thing is the the Doctor in charge is Latino and needs to do better at helping his community instead of his pockets.

Drs get spiffs and percs from pharmacutical companies,health hardware companies and tax breaks. If you have insurance or not,there are hundreds of options. Dont just jump on with a health organization claiming health management,YOU manage your health.if you noticed dny dr you see,be it specialist or primary,you get 3 to 5 minutes with the dr(if your lucky enough to see the dr) and less than 10 minutes when you see phsycians assistants or others.

They said they needed to run a certain scan before they would release her and apparently it took three days to do it. It is now Friday, scan was done yesterday. She thought she was getting out last evening, and then they promised her today she would go home. Now they told her insurance has not approved her home health care, and she won't be going anywhere - Monday at the soonest because insurance company won't be able to approve it until next week. This poor 41 year old has stage 4 cancer and two small children at home she hasn't seen in over a week. I've called to talk to medical director, the CEO, her doctors and left messages. No call back at all! This place has done more harm than good for all of us.

A small thoughtful touch is the offer of a wheelchair at valet parking. Valet parking is $5 for patients, $10 for visitors. Nearly all staff wear masks - many of the patients are neutropenic. Off the main lobby is a Spot coffee which is well staffed; the cafeteria has a very good reputation for fresh and healthy food. The two soups are made daily; there's a pizza bar, two salad bars, a grill, and sandwiches made to order. After hours, there's a refrigerator for grab-and-go selections.

I recently just dislocated my knee went there and waited for ever! Finally get to see the doctor who only saw me for about 4 minutes then ordered an MRI. I told them I didn't want to do it through them that I wanted to go somewhere else and they were terribly rude about it. They were supposed to fax my script over to the MRI place over a week ago and they won't fax it over. They are preventing me from receiving my MRI. I called multiple times and was sent straight to voice mail. When I finally got hold of a real person she was rude, nasty, and uncooperative. This is hands down the worst place to go for anything. They are rude and lifeless people who hate there jobs. Please don't here!!! I went to the Harlem road location save yourself the trip and go somewhere else.
