I'm probably not the best person to rate a pawn shop as this might be the first one that I've entered in 15 years. But even with that little bit of experience, the selection looked rather bleak. I've been a long time customer and always feel like I'm visiting a friends home not a pawn shop. There loans are always the highest possible and if your in a hurry your in and out. In my case I always end up staying a while. I give them a 5 star rating and day of the week. This comes from close to 100 pawns or more. It was a great idea but the stems were a bit thicker than I was used to and hurt my ears a bit. I brought them back, they said no problem, they would try a smaller piercing. Expecting a few days of work I gave them back expecting to pick up 4-6 days later. Got a text after 4 hours saying they were ready to be picked up! They are perfect now, they even offered to clean them for me whenever I need it done. Great business, great customer service, great people all the way around. I will go no where else now.
