Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. We asked for a quote from My WIndow Solutions, got one that was quite good. We had explained the rationale for getting a replacement window (the leak). Parry sent over his crew right away to caulk around the existing one so we wouldn't get any incursion while waiting for the new one to arrive and get installed. Nice! For this job, I had also asked to have a custom window casing and deep windowsill built. We agreed that I'd buy the materials (a particular trim profile and hardwood species), prime them, and they'd do the cutting and installation. This collaboration worked perfectly.

We were initially a bit concerned about moving away from custom doors, but we chose the wider bevel option, and they look great. We were very impressed with the efficiency and installation of their product. Nine years later, these vinyl sliding doors have had no issues, aside from tightening the handles once. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive option during our research, but they've proven to be reliable and well worth the cost. Recently, we needed to repair one of the screens after our pet ran into it, and their team was very accommodating in helping us out. Upon arrival, the tech told me how the door I'm replacing was just a crappy hardware store model, and he was going to custom build on site. All of that's true; my door was crappy, and he did custom build on site-- except the custom built version he installed looks and works even cheaper than what I had. Mind you, I sprung for the "basic" model, but there's really no excuse for charging this much for the lame product I wound up with. The sliding screen door they installed is really crappy, cheap quality. There are exposed screws sticking up (see attached photo), and the latch mechanism is a complete joke. It's the cheapest quality hardware I've ever seen on anything, and it never even latched, not one single time, even during installation-- the guy couldn't get it to work, so he just left it. Seriously. But even if he'd gotten it to work, it wouldn't make much difference. This latch is worse quality than you get on toys made in China. Total crap, completely worthless. Not exactly what I expected from a $250 custom build. The finished product looks cheap and ugly. There's no bespoke cache, no sense of pride in workmanship. It's just cheap junk. When he was done, he didn't even dispose of the old door. He laid it by the side of the house, and didn't mention it, so I didn't even discover it until he was long gone. Thanks a lot. Again, they were prompt and honest; I'm not accusing them of being crooked. That's why I'm giving as many stars as I am. But I'm extremely unimpressed, to the point of being furious. For what I paid, and the extraordinarily, monumentally bad quality product I got, all I can say is "buyer beware." I wouldn't recommend this vendor to anyone, and I'll never use them again. Even the Chinese garbage at Harbor Freight would be a better move. The quality couldn't be any worse, but you wouldn't pay as much as I did. You know the old adage "you get what you pay for?" Well, it doesn't apply here. I paid a lot, and got crap.
