Jerry saved me hundreds of dollars. I was prepared to replace my large patio screen door because it moved so stiffly and the shallow handle threatened to break my fingernails. Jerry removed the door to check it and found that it had been put in the wrong track. He corrected the problem, which made the door run so smoothly that the shallow handle didn't bother me. This is the second time I have used palisades screen and glass. One of my bathroom windows cracked and the first business that came to mind was Palisades screen and glass because of the customer service and timeliness of their work. Tony came to look at it and measure it for a replacement. He was in and out in 15 mins, plus we wanted to get screen doors for our backdoor. We have worked with many glass companies and the quality of work that Palisades provided was above and beyond them all. They helped replace two panes of glass in a wooden frame that had to be disassembled. All other glass companies warned there would be damage on the frame when they did the work. Tony did the replacement work and you could not even see any signs of damage on the framing. It was nothing short of incredible. This company is great! They picked up our screen, fixed it (basically he had to rebuild it), and brought it back. And under the price we had expected to pay. You can't go wrong here. Their guy also gave us tips on how to maintain the screen door and the runner it goes into. He also talked to us about the possibility of putting a retractable screen door on our french doors. Ok, So I am a fellow small business owner where we take great pride in the service we offer our guests. As a result, I look for the same from those businesses that I choose to do work for me on a personal or professional basis. Today, I placed a call to them as we had our home burglarized the night before and needed a window replaced. Unlike a few other merchants I called, based on references from Angie's List and from a general Google search, where the others did not pick up their phone or I was required to take leave a message, this company picked up my call; listened to my problem and needs and within 90 mins of my call, they had Tony (wonderful employee who has been with the company since 1992) was on site to replace our broken window. In addition, he noticed our screen needed to be replaced, and he took the initiative to fix it as well. At the end of the day: courteous, reliable service. Perfect new window. New screen coming. And a fair price. Five stars on any level. Granted they may not always be able to respond so quickly based on their workload, etc, but rest assured, if you get the service I did, you will be very happy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I saw the great reviews on Yelp so decided to try them out. I recently moved to the area and one of the windows was misssing a screen so didn't have one for correct measurements. I did not measure correctly the first time around but Jerry re-screened it for me at no cost to me! ( Fortuntely it needed to be smaller.) It was great working directly with the owner rather than a big store. I would HIGHLY recommend Jerry for his fast service (1 day for me) and great customer service! read more
