I went to this establishment in person to see if my initial review was warranted. I felt a little bad for being so harsh and never visiting myself. I have to say, my instincts were spot on. It was dirty, not clean like the photos. The lobby was used for storage. No one was at the messy reception desk. A camera pointed at the door alerted them I was there. Before coming into the lobby, a woman yelled across the establishment in a foreign language and had a really loud banter with another woman. Totally unprofessional is any massages were taking place. Both were tucked safely behind the wall - assuming for privacy, except that the walls don't go to the ceiling so everything can be heard. The lady greeted me in a robe! A robe! She smelled of fish. I don't say that to be mean, but it's the truth. I asked a question about gift certificates- which she couldn't understand at all. So I politely left. Just find a reputable company and spend the extra money. It was pretty skin crawling in there and I'm typically a very gracious reviewer. read more

Here's a breakdown of other massage places I've tried in Tracy...Massage Envy has uneventful low skill therapists (you can feel the unhappiness vibe, I hate it there) Angel Massage is a desperate last resort (just gross, dirty & third world) There is a therapist in the Paul Mitchell salon that's good but too pricey for an everyday fix and for this area. I have had 2 massages here now and two completely different experiences. The first time I went, the guy who gave me my massage was amazing! He not only got all my knots and kinks out, but when I left I felt relaxed and stress free. It was exactly what I expect from a massage and it ranks up there with the best I've ever had! The second time was the complete opposite. The woman who gave me my massage was rough. Really rough! She even got completely on top of me and dug her knees in. She pulled and I felt like I was going through some torturous stretching session. I woke up sore, and feel like I have a bruise all the way up my upper spine into my neck. It's SO tender! Absolutely not relaxing at all and left feeling more stressed than when I went in. I feel like I need another massage to counteract this one. So yea, this place is pretty decent for what they charge. There's definitely better "All Around" places, but I give then a 4 for friendly service which goes far with me :) . Not quite a 5 because it would be nice to be able to communicate with the masseuse if necessary. In my case, the sweet old lady would ask if I was ok, or how it felt, and if I said anything besides "Ok" or "Good", she had no clue....(she spoke zero English) So it would've been nice to be able to tell her specific points I wanted focus on and to up the pressure a little. This place is a great find. I am recovering from child birth and a session here really hit the spot. I got the 90 minute full body massage and I probably fell asleep and snorted from time to time. Nice location. The price is extremely right. I recently moved from the Bay Area and only had discovered/fell in love with these foot massage spas toward the end of living there. I was sure I would not find one out here in Tracy and was pleasantly surprised to find this place!!! This was my second visit and I had no problem scheduling a last minute 1hr foot massage. They offer full body massages including both!!! I usually prefer seeing only female therapists as it is my comfort level but the male therapists I have had are very nice. So that would be my reason for one less star and that the room that you have your foot massage is right next to the front, when there is a lot of traffic or customers coming in and out speaking with the front desk it is noticeable. read more

This place would have gotten a five just on the massage alone by Nancy were it not for the multiple interruptions and wait time. Website said it opened at 10 .. We called and called with no answer and decided to show up. We were told we would have to wait for the next massuese ... 1 hr 30 mins later I was on the table and my partner left waiting for the next massuse.. When the next massuse came in at noon, she came, she knocked on my door to speak to my massuese loudly and kept talking loudly in their language. She continued on. I laid there with my cheeks out when someone walked up asking if they had time for a massage.. Again, with my full cheekage out in the open because she had left the door to my massage room open. I was annoyed but obvi wanted to get my moneys worth. Nancy did am amazing job. Again, were it not for all the nonsense and unproffesionalism it would have been a greater experience..
