Todd texted me this morning with an arrival time with a 10 minute window. He then texted me when he was on his way. And he arrived on time. Todd was extremely professional, very nice and focused on getting the job done. He replaced the spring, discussed with me the condition of the door, and then lubricated all of the guide wheels.
