Wow! Jason is one of those few persons out there with integrity, honesty, and great work ethic! I had hail damage to my MBZ Sprinter hood. Jason quoted a price based on my estimate of the damage which was grossly understated. Jason cut me a deal on seeing the extent of the damage and we scheduled a work date because it was to take at least double the time to repair. Upon arriving, setting up, and putting 2.5 hours of time fixing part of the hood he explained to me that he couldn't finish the job because of the design of the Mercedes hood. He set me up with a repair shop that quoted the same amount to fix the hood. When I asked him how much I owed him for his time - remember 2.5 hours plus two trips to my location - he said "nothing". He had already done about 1/2 of the hood and it looked fabulous. But he couldn't do the rest of the hood. He has a guarantee that the customer will be 100% satisfied and he stands by this!!!! I (this is weird) can't wait to have a dent/damage to a vehicle so that I can call Jason to repair it. I feel that I owe him for his uncompensated efforts.
