He took the time to really understand the situation, carefully thought through each challenge, developed a plan, and provided me with a quote on the spot. I usually never agree to on the spot quotes, but the guy was so nice, and I fell for it. The worst part was that at the end I was handed an iPad with a tip screen with the minimum suggested tip on the screen being over $500. Apparently, electricians are one of 8 categories allowed to pay no tax on tip, so watch out. Ask if you will be guilt tipped before someone comes to your house.
