Our main concern was that the technician completing the work came to do a walk through in which we discussed the locations of outlets and lighting, specifically discussing four soffit lights on the exterior. At the end of the walk through, the technician stated that "everything we discussed today will be covered under the original contract." Raynor did not install the soffit lighting and when I brought up the issue they were quick to tell me that it wasn't included on the contract. I wish the company would have honored their word. The company made me feel like I was not the one being honest, which made me feel even more upset. Thankfully, we did not use Raynor for our HVAC services as well. Out of three proposals, their sales agent was the only one that felt the need to invite himself into my home, sit at my dining room table, make me watch several videos, and then expect me to sign a contract on the spot. The estimate was more than double from the HVAC contractor we ended up using.

The original repair was done bad. Wrong size gasket with razor blade cuts. Wasn't the right size and did cover the correct areas. Requested a refund of my $200 and was told "NO". The owner Tim is not reasonable and said it was an as-is job which continued to leak after his repair. Leaked with 30 days of 1st and 2nd picture was his repair. 3rd picture is corrected repair.
