He gave me the choice of waiting for Monday to do the repairs, or pay the additional emergency charge and have them come out right away. I opted for the right away and was glad I did. Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. The entire time there, Tony kept me informed every step of the way as well as making minor corrections to my circuit panel. I really appreciated how professional and clean all three of them were . Confidentally says it's the old waste drain causing the issue, though we already diagnosed it's almost certainly a clog. He doesn't address the clog. Repairs the waste drain for $1.4k (a single hour of work btw with a $50 part). A few hours go by. Technician assured us we could use the shower. Fiance takes short shower, realizes the drain is not draining propertly still - guess what! It's STILL CLOGGED AND THE LEAK IS FAR WORSE NOW. Water is dripping through the ceiling, bowing out the paint, and water is colleccting on the floor. Call them at 9:33 - lady assures me someone will come out immeditely, tonight. 11:30 rolls around. All of their phone numbers stop working. Only a stupid "AI" picks up and does nothing. Get on chat. They "escalate". Nothing happens. Hour later, still no phone call or arrival of technician. Finally get someone on the phone minutes before midnight. They assure me they are "helping". None of their lazy technicians can get out of bed to help us. Too bad so sad! You now have no toilet for who knows how long into the future and bonafide property damage caused by a technician too lazy to stick around and see if things actually drain properly. But he got his money, so who cares, right? Their 'promise' to come out that night never materialized. Stayed up until 1am hoping for a call. Kept my phone's ringer on all night. No call. 3 employees lied about "escalation", "priority", etc, but every single one lied. This company is a big scam with a lot of money to advertise and shove AI botted reviews in front of you. They should 100% be put out of business. The unprofessionalism is insane. I can't believe NJ allows them to hold a business license. This is NOT a 24/7 company. This is NOT a company that respects your time, your property, or your money. DO NOT work with this company. They do not care about you.
