The whole vibe of the place - from the black pleather chairs, floor length mirrors, to the sink area, and even the Aveda merchandise - all exude luxury. You can tell that they truly care for their customers. While I was there, I could tell that some clients had established relationships with the stylists just by how they were chit-chatting - and for those that didn't have such a relationship, those clients were still treated with respect and warmth. (I was there for a color service, so I was sitting quite awhile, and able to observe the genuine interactions!) I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Jen.
