The weird part is that I was contacted through my patient portal notifying me to schedule an appt w/ my doctor immediately. I already had a scheduled appt months in advance but I was told to schedule a sooner one. When I called I was told that there were no sooner appts even though I was in a health crisis and needed my General Practitioner. Judy said I had no appt scheduled at all- which wasn't true. She finally admitted that she " accidentally" cancelled my appt that I had made months ago as there is a months long wait to see a doctor and I am in a health crisis. At first she wouldn't give me my appt back- she gave me a very unnecessary run around. There were so many strange things she said/did. It was exhausting and felt such panic as I was told I needed to schedule an appt right away. Judy & other staff members have intercepted & cancelled my appointments TWICE. Her behavior was very odd and it stressed me out greatly. I am on hold hoping to speak with a supervisor but so far my experience with this medical group has been ABUSIVE AND HORRID. I am scared and do not know what to do. When one is experiencing a health crisis, the last thing you need is STRESS. PS: Judy kept me on hold for more than 5 minutes and I ended up hanging up. Dr. Diarra was excellent but we have had so many problems with his office. Getting things done by…read morestaff was always a problem. When the pharmacy says they contacted them 5 times (listing the dates) I have to start believing the pharmacy and not the office claiming they never got any of the many requests. Then Dr. Diarra quit in part due to frustration with insurance interfering with offering proper care. His patients were reassigned and I was reassigned to another doctor who then quite shortly thereafter and before I even saw him! THEY HAD TO KNOW HE WAS LEAVING since it was so soon but they let me select him as the replacement. When I asked to be reassigned again they said sorry, remaining docs are now full, too bad, but hey Best Of Luck finding another doctor. They offered no help whatsoever (not exaggerating) and as I was in the middle of care and changing meds I am at a loss and at risk for problems. So I can NOT recommend this office. If you find a great doctor there, good, but be prepared to battle the backend. And all I can say, if you choose to go there is (of course): Best Of Luck.

The one who I read had openings was not my first choice, so I was led to believe that another doctor, whose online bio appealed to me, would be shown the form I filled out and I'd get a response. So, I never got a response. I called in June to remind her and was told "the doctor was on vacation" blah blah blah. She promised she would show the doctor my inquiry and I'd hear back either way. This didn't happen. That conversation was on June 5th and it is now over a month later. I give up on this practice. How can you be offering "concierge" medicine which is supposed to devote extra time to patients and completely ignore a potential new patient who is willing to jump in and pay the practice MONTHLY whether being seen or not? Ugh.

You can see him when you need to, not 2 or 3 months later. He will personally call you with anything you need to know. He's patient and wants to make sure all your questions are answered. His physical is careful and methodical, not just squeezing you into a 15 minute appointment. I am so happy to have found him. Another thing, you don't have to tell 2 people all the details of why you came in before you see the doctor that obviously has not been communicated any of it.
