Steve thought the new motherboard would take a week to order/arrive but it was here in 4 days & he came over the day he got it and got my PC back up and running! His labor was $180 (2 hours/2 trips to my house) & the motherboard was $100. That was a small price to pay for him to be able to save all the work, photos, music, movies I had on my hard drive! Everything about my experience was first rate: it was clear that they understood my problem, and they had the tools to independently test the individual pieces of hardware that could have been causing the inability to boot. When the problem turned out to be something that required an update from Microsoft, Guerrilla Arts charged me a very reasonable price for the diagnosis and the not-insignificant amount of research done.
