I knew what I was after, so I headed to the discount laptop wall, after a quick test drive, I chose the HP I wanted and headed to the register. Service was ok. They were well staffed, but the associates were all chatting with each other, not too focused on the customers, especially in the computer area. Store is clean and in good condition.     In May 2018 I purchased a lg refrigerator from bestbuy and was told I was still active so I started…read morehaving problems with my lgdoor with i a door five time they came out one time to service it four times to change it each time the came out to exchange the refrigerator they complain about how heavy it is and its to much problem to bring it up because it was the same people who delivered it the first time so they knew what they was getting in too so now overtime they come to delivere the refrigerator they will dent the one on the truck so they will have to come back one of the five time the put down as they exchanged the refrigerator but never did so when we called in the the company on March 30 they said that they exchanged the refrigerator so I read the numbers to them of the refrigerator showing them i have the same refrigerator so the delivery man lied to the company and they lies don't stop i have many case numbers that the operator gave me when looking up the refrigerator they said I was active then they was going to send someone out to replace the refrigerator but that changed then someone came out to do a test on the refrigerator and now they changed again by putting in my Samsung refrigerator as my lg refrigerator the Samsung refrigerator is my tenant refrigerator now they are saying that where my warranty is on but the parts and labor is more they would just replace the refrigerator i need an compressor and a condenser now they are saying that im only covered for the compressor and not the condenser but I was told I was because I we brought a bundle and the reason why I paid for the parts is because all my wife ozempic meds went bad we had 6 boxes and its been two to three weeks without a refrigerator or replacement and when they came out to change the parts I was first told by bestbuy that it was the compressor but when lg came out they said it the compressor and the condenser on my home camera they only came in with there tool bag and when they started talking they was talking in German or Russian so they left after talking to they self for 5 minutes and said they have to order a part the condenser ok so they left but said in one to two days someone will contact me three days went by no phone call so me and my wife contact them and they said through the infestation they couldn't do the repairs we said what infestation we do have any type of bug or mices in our home so I went and took off the panel and took pictures and sent ti to lg a totaled of 12 pictures showing that he lied and the only thing that was on or around the condenser was dust so I brushed it off and took pictures of the dust on the floor and sent it to the and they want me to pay to have some one come to clean what I've just done In 5 seconds There was never any bugs and I want to post the pictures on line if I have a spot to post now 1 from the first time defective refrigerator 2 lied about delivery 3 they dent the new refrigerator 4 they dent the other refrigerator again and blamed it on the warehouse twice 5 they said that they delivered the refrigerator 6 they came out to changed the part the compressor 7 now they said its the condenser and have to order a condenser 8 they lie about saying infestation and it was a little dust on the condenser 9 we even paid to have it replaced 10 its been almost three weeks 11 my wife ozempic meds went bad6 boxes 12 they won't replace ar fix the refrigerator even after we paid for it 13 I can go on but now I'll change to something new about a year and a half ago ive purchase over 12 thousand dollars of electronics for my daughter a complete gaming system and I but the bundle on all electronics at bestbuy and that's where I brought my lg from so I have ove five accounts there and they was supposed to link all together because of the bundle for the electronics I was supposed to be notified to renew my bundle from bestbuy I wasn't notified so again we called to see if they can do something and activate the bundle again they said they will call me and all my gaming toys for my daughter is till in the box in my hallway never been opened and to this very day they still haven't contacted me about my bundle care on the gaming system so onall my electronics ive spent about 20 to 25 thousand dollars on electronics and electrical appliances now im fucked on my refrigerator and my gaming system doesn't have any coverage

    Do not waste your money on the extended warranty for the Roomba j5+. My husband bought it and was…read morenot told the warranty only covers a single repair -- a major red flag. When I tried to use the warranty, Best Buy denied the claim because the Roomba's camera malfunctioned and it ran over dog feces. Their policy excludes coverage for malfunctions caused by contact with human or animal urine or feces. The vacuum returned to its dock but then displayed a right-wheel error and would not operate. I cleaned it as thoroughly as possible without submerging it and brought it in for service, but they still refused coverage. After being told it wasn't covered, I replaced the wheel module myself and it didn't fix the problem, so the contamination likely damaged internal electronics. I was embarrassed to admit what happened but I was honest because I feared more damage. My $700 Roomba is now unusable -- the worst value I've experienced. We will not be buying from Best Buy again.

The store is large, and has the essence, decor, set up and overall vibe of Best Buy's of the past. It was cool to see a store with a full service footprint still operating and doing quite well. The store was busy, and everyone was being assisted. I popped in for an online order pick up, but before I stopped by the counter to pick up my order, I made a lap through the store and during that time was spoken to by three different Associates asking if I needed help of any kind. It was a pleasant surprise. In addition to being helped on the floor, when I was checking out and the line began to build, multiple Associates rushed to assist. Again, seems basic, and it is...but it was so refreshing to see in action. My ordering experience was easy and while I waited a few moments at the pick up counter, pick up was easy too. Overall, solid and honestly surprising experience here. I can dig it and will certainly be back when the need arises.

When I received it back after three weeks, the cap was missing. I reported this, but it has been over a week with no update. Unfortunately, it seems my cap is gone. When I send in equipment, I expect all items to be returned in the same condition as submitted.

So, I was using my wife laptop and I was multi-tasking doing three things at one time and while in the mist of changing locations I dropped her hp laptop!!!! OMG!!! Yes, I was in trouble... Anyway, the computer died on me and It did not boot back up properly; It was showing me some funky stuff which I had no idea what I was looking at on the screen. I looked up the warning on the internet and basically it told me IM SCREWED! So, I went to the best APP in the world for help... YELP! I found a computer repair shop that could help a brother out; The place was iGeek. They had great reviews on Yelp; Yelp being a reliable source of information, I decided to try them out to get me out of the dog house. The experience - iGeek Electronics Repair is a nice place that has great staff to help you with you electronic repair needs. They had my wife laptop repaired within 24hrs and were very courteous on touching back with me once they identified the problem. Afterwards, they told me what repair would bring the laptop back to perfect working condition. In addition, they will tell you the cost for repairs and the rest is on you to move forward or not... The price for my repair I thought was great! I know dependent on the repair cost varies, so if your in need of electronic repairs you should call iGeek about resolution to your electronic concern or do like me just drop by the shop (walk-in). I gave iGeek a 5-star rating for the following reasons - 1. Quick turn around to the customer (24hrs for me). 2. Great staff. 3. Good follow up response. 4.
