I cleaned it as thoroughly as possible without submerging it and brought it in for service, but they still refused coverage. Greg proceeded to share w/ me the great attributes of my laptop and then suggested replacing my factory hard drive w/ a solid state hard drive. Wow! All the difference in the world.
