Not only were they the most affordable, they also helped me figure out exactly what I wanted clean. Especially when they came over prior to cleaning to do a walk through, to make sure they took care of everything I needed. The walk through was very helpful because there were things I didn't even think of, that I realized I wanted done. They are a husband and wife duo and they both took care of everything I needed and more. The cleaning was excellent, he took his time to make sure everything was done proficiently.
