The colors are supposed to blend so it looks seamless, however I looked like I was wearing a dark cap and the next color was way too light so it looked cheap and uneven. The trainer came by to say "wow it looks so good!" and signed off on this look. I had to complain and they allowed me to come in a few days later to fix but charged me $14 for the color, which was fine, however since it was the fault of the stylist and trainer I do not feel I should have been charged at all. When I got home I also saw that my hair had not been properly rinsed out so wasn't super thrilled. So I went back and while the same stylist tried to correct it, it ended being way too dark on the top, too dark overall and very little balayage variation, so now I have to try to get it fixed again. The trainer on the second day (Raven) was much more involved and detailed and really listened to me to try to fix, so I appreciate their involvement, however in the end I was disappointed in the final outcome. I would try it again but be even more clear and super specific (although showing a very clear photo of what I am looking for should be pretty specific).

The total service for a full set of brows (first time) was $1,000. The pricing depends of which technician you choose. The highest level in the owner, but I picked Bella, who is one level below. When I arrived, I marveled at the beautiful space and gorgeous people. Everyone who works here has amazing brows, and so they are walking / talking advertisements. Jen, the receptionist, was very kind and patient for this first-timer. I paid the balance of $700 and finally met my brow artist, Bella. Bella is gorgeous! It's kinda intimidating but she's also super sweet and put me at ease. She explained every single step and took time to answer my questions. It's a process...I think I was there for close to two hours. Logistics: In 2023, the parking lot was $2.25 per every 30 minutes and not validated. Metered street parking was available but read the signs carefully. It has now been a year and a half and I can honestly say this has changed my life for the better! My brows were very uneven and thinning (thyroid condition) - which made me look so old and tired!! I now look bright-eyed and bushy tailed each morning after I roll out of bed. No makeup needed! After you finish your tests, for certain programs you are put onto a waitlist and they tell you they will call or email you if there are spots open. I took a test back in September and was waiting for the November waitlist. I eventually did get a call/email that were was spots open and you must register at 8am on a specific day. I didn't follow through as I decided on another school but now I constantly get spam calls from this school. Even when blocked, I get calls from different numbers from this school.
