So when we started to renovate our home, we began looking for new rugs for other areas of our house... Sure Pottery Barn, Rejuvenation and Restoration Hardware had beautiful pieces, but they all fell far short of the quality that Alex and Cyrus could offer. In the end we spent several hours going through the rugs they offered, and settled on a rug that not only met our budget, but exceeded our expectations.

A Stressless chair we bought from them, with…read morethe extended "ExtraCare" warranty they hyped, developed a mechanical problem after about 20 months. Schneiderman's "Customer Care" advocated they we use the ExtraCare warranty first as it is supposedly more comprehensive, but "structural / mechanical issues" aren't covered by the extended warranty -- which we believe Schneidman's "Customer Care" should have known -- so we had to push Schneiderman's to apply the manufacturer's warranty which doesn't cover anything other than parts as it turns out. Just to get Schneiderman's to look at it required a $55 deposit. With various delays threading the service process it literally took a month to get the chair fixed but we are thankful because at least the Schneiderman's repair tech actually fixed it quickly and professionally. Recommendations: believe other reviewers who warn that Schneiderman's won't stand behind what it sells, don't shop here unless you have no other option; definitely don't buy an add-on warranty no matter what the salespeople promise, it's going to be expensive garbage.

I've found so many great items for my house and special events-- Linens, area rugs, natural soaps, art prints, the list goes on... I even bought some ceramics and glassware to use as part of my wedding table centerpieces. The prices are very reasonable, I just wish I could buy everything in the store! The store is conveniently located next to a Marshalls and a dollar store. Lots of parking space too but like most of this area in Maple Grove it gets very busy on the weekends. The staff here are pretty friendly and I've never had an issue with returns.

They provided me a quote for cleaning of a 3 bedroom 2 bath house AND carpet cleaning that was far more reasonable than I anticipated! They were very flexible with my schedule and also emailed me when They arrived! Let me just say, they showed up with a large crew and they all went to work!! They cleaned everything!!! Steam mopped my floors, shampooed my carpets, windows/window sills, refrigerator, stove and oven....EVERYTHING!! Kris was great with communication. He called to say he was running just a bit late, which was fine. What I appreciate most about Asplund cleaning was that he was up front and honest about what needed to be done and what didn't need to be done. I was considering having the furniture cleaned as well. Kris looked at it and said it really didn't need to be cleaned. He could have said it needed to be cleaned and made another $100. Instead, he gained a customer for life for not trying to gouge me and do something that didn't need to be done. The carpets now look and smell great! He charged less for the whole house than another cleaning company did for the living room and hallway! He also didn't charge extra for steps, which is appreciated. I would strongly recommend Kris for carpet cleaning and will be using him again in the future.
