They sat on an inspection report for 4 weeks and only released it minutes before close (and even then tried not to release it). They refused to mail certain documents to my attorney. They have not reported to trans-union about my on time payments since last July (2016). The ladies in the office did get emails from Corporate saying "they're working on it" but has not done anything to get it done. Also this company for some reason doesn't work with the NYCE banking system to make payments. I hate to think why not when everyone else does. As usual the branch employees do great and have to listen to the backlash because of corporate stupidity.
