    Claims experience is AWFUL!! No one actually puts anything in motion unless you are calling EVERY…read moreDAY! The app is clunky, and confusing to navigate- their dashboard is terrible and doesn't update- they say they will text you and no text ever comes, it might have sent an email instead of a text- no ones knows why. Nobody assigned an adjustor to look at vehicle until I asked, they said they would have a personal injury adjustor assigned and reach out- it's been a month and there hasn't been ONE call from that assigned person. If you call GEICO you will be transferred to different departments where someone doesn't have access to help you because you need to talk to xyz department instead. They offer "money in minutes" or ETF fund transfer for payout but it has not worked for over 2 days- even after verification with bank and their customer service department- there is not a human on site who can fix it or offer a tech checkup. I have been waiting for a resolution for over a month now and I get to wait more for "snail mail". Oh, they also don't recommend to take your Loss vehicle off your policy if you plan to replace within 30 days- well you keep paying for coverage for a vehicle you no longer have because of all the paperwork and hassle it takes to get a resolution! They should refund the charge for their incompetent claims service! It should NEVER take this long...

Recently tried to call with a question - waited on hold forever, never getting a person & my question did not fall within FAQ's & Chat person could only give scripted response, so kept going in a loop, never getting a response. Strongly considering leaving Geico. Customer service is extremely important to me, & if I can't text or call for prompt response when have a question, what happens in an emergency.
