This crew was so respectful to her property. They did not leave any dirt on the street. I mean it's spotless, and the hole is barely noticeable. Wonderful job guys! You deserve a great yelp!

I get into a discussion with the counter person taking my payment for the $5.00 late charge and she get an attitude. So I came right back and told her not to take it so personally and at the same time some guy comes out of an office ( Balding, scruffy beard, Fat about 5'9") wouldn't even look at me even after I told him that he didn't have to come out of his office everything was fine!! I don't know if he was trying to intimidate me or what but it was just plain WEIRD!!! They are city employees I pay taxes so I PAY THEIR WAGES!!! They need to be at least a little more respectful of the average citizen that walks into their building!!! Instead of a holier than thou attitude!!! Oh, by the way, my bill was only $76.00 and I paid $100.00. I've had another run-in with these people when their meter reader read our meter(I watched him read it) and didn't put the cover back on properly so the next day my son was mowing the lawn and he stepped on the cover and fellthrough!!!

Would like to spend more time just to enjoy the views of rushing water fall, but couldn't really enjoy. Just observation of many patrons not minding their voices. Would probably enjoy a good hour and back to the mall I go. A wonderful library but next visit will probably need to reserve a room to read. Good place over all to stay off wet and windy weather outside.

Any library that has free alternative-band concerts, where they sell beer and wine, is going to get…read more5 stars from me! Ok, and it is bright and airy. And has its own radio station, and I suspect sooo much more. And underground parking. Yes, there are homeless around, but they don't seem to bother anybody, and so there is no complaint there. We'll be back next Saturday for another Winter Concert.

I have visited this office several times for vehicle licensing. The last couple times I've had…read moremajor issues. They were trying to get me to use a form that didn't apply to my situation. It got so bad, that I called the State, and the State recommended that I visit another office. I did, and the paperwork got processed without issues.

I was walking my kids past this station on our way to storytime at the library. The big ladder…read moretruck was out (actually the "Quint" as I learned), and we stopped to gawp. A couple of firefighters were outside and they asked us over. They took over 20 minutes walking my kids around the truck, letting them climb and sit inside, and just being really gracious and cool guys with the young'uns. I like that they reached out in such a friendly way, it made the station feel like part of the community in a way municipal services rarely achieve.
