Service on my visit was highly competent and friendly. Finding the entrance was tricky because there wasn't any outside signage that I'm aware of. You can go through the revolving door on the SW corner of the building then take the first right as you step inside. Or, go in the east entrance through a courtyard wedged between this building and the federal courthouse. Really cool area. Stunning early morning light. Epic architecture that shows off a level of grandeur and sophistication not typically associated with downtown Spokane.

So he had to be served in Spokane - I waited till the last moment to subpoena this guy (wanted to stick it to him like he did to my son) well, I waited almost too long. We had the big snowmagedon and so did Spokane. I called Ron at Gopher and he assured me would get right on it and make 3 attempts to serve this A-hole. Well - he did it. The very first day. The owner is actually hard to find as he is young and is always coming and going from his business - nature of his work. So, the short story - use Ron! He's the real deal. His followup was quick and he got it handled!

I had to switch my registration from out of state to WA. I had to make two trips there (my fault - I brought the wrong paperwork the first time). Both visits, I had the same Rep helping me and she was very friendly, informative and took time to explain different parts of the license/registration process to me. She even showed me a couple different plate options. My experience here has been ideal, positive and I wouldn't hesitate to visit this location again for any future title/registration needs. ** It does seem as though they've taken some of the negative feedback into consideration (e.g. Having to wait with everyone else for online ordered tabs. They now have a separate window/ticketing call for these types of visits).
