Gelati is one of our favorite places to get ice cream! The regular flavors are amazing and it is always treat to see what is on special. They have clearly labeled allergens on their ice cream and will scoop from the back if you tell them you have a dietary restriction or allergy. The staff are very kind about it. Gelati Celesti is a great little spot to grab some ice cream. It is located in a shopping center with plenty of available parking. The shop is clean and bright with minimalistic decor. There are tables to sit and eat both indoors and outdoors. It isn't a huge shop but does not feel cramped at all; it is wheelchair accessible. They have a number of regular flavors along with several rotating special flavors. Tonight, I tried a special flavor "cherry chip amaretto." The amaretto flavor didn't come through very much, but the cherry flavor was delicious. Not too sweet or overpowering. The chunks of cherry and the chocolate chips gave it a unique texture. The employees are always friendly and attentive, and the ordering process goes smoothly. You are allowed to sample a spoonful of the flavors before you order to make sure you like it, since a lot of the flavors are very unique. read more

I love Gelati Celesti! This store has both indoor and outdoor seating and is always clean and bright inside. They have a freezer case full of pints and quarts of their ice cream to go as well as ice cream pies and cookie sandwiches which all look amazing. At the main counter is the menu board with up to 36 rotating flavors to suit anyone's taste buds, and it usually includes at least one sorbet and a dairy free ice cream option. The best part of visiting is that you can sample any flavor before you commit to a scoop. Tonight I tried the Coffee Caramel Crunch and it was delicious! The crunchy pieces reminded me of the inside of a candy bar, while the coffee ice cream kept it from being too sweet. They always have interesting combinations as well as classic flavors. Kicked off National Ice Cream Month by taking home a pint of Lemon Delight. It lived up to its name. The chocolate cups in the sweet-tart lemon ice cream was a delicious balance. I'm very glad I didn't order one of my standards: rum raisin or chocolate decadence. The service was great - prompt and courteous. My husband grabbed me a quart for my birthday of one of the new limited edition charity flavors. It was so delicious and they made sure they packed a little bit of everything in the ice cream so you got the full experience and flavor. They are always very friendly and I don't feel like an inconvenience for asking for a pint or quart that isn't already packed. When I have gone in there since the remodel, it has a fun vibe to it with the decorations, but all in all it hasn't been too loud when I've gone. The gelato here is special; the flavors are unique enough to stand out, but not so far fetched that they aren't out there on a limb waiting to be tried. My local extended family and I make a point to visit this place when I'm in town. I recently had the special, which I was told contributes towards an Autism charity. Very quiet and not busy for a Saturday, which means we get out desserts faster. The atmosphere was pretty relaxing, but not enough seating inside however there are some benches outside where you can enjoy the weather.
