I went in and talked to Ron at the warehouse and he was very patient and very informative and really kind and helped me make good choices for what we needed. I ended up having to go back a few times because everything that I was picking wasn't quite the right fit and the guys were really helpful and very patient and I was very happy with the lighting that I ultimately selected. I have been purchasing bulbs from Geller Lighting for about a year. Whenever I call for assistance, Ira offers prompt and pleasant customer service. Even when I provide very limited information about the product I need, he is able to identify it. Often, he gives me an alternative item that is either a better price or product. Recently, I needed a ballast for an exterior light fixture. I had no idea how to get a replacement. I emailed a picture of the damaged piece and he shipped out a new one immediately. I call in my orders and the very pleasant service assistant takes my order, then they send my order on a truck with a delivery driver who is always professional, polite and courteous.
