It figures after making an appointment the same day, the front desk made sure to fit me in and have me checked out within minutes of my arrival. It was my wisdom teeth and an infection thankfully Dr. Perez and his staff were incredible! They prescribed me antibiotics and anti inflammatory the same day. They didn't want to see me in pain and literally made an appointment for me the next day thanks to their front desk Elyanna making my comfort a priority if it hadn't been for her asking me how much pain I was in and seeing if I could get my surgery the next day I would've probably still be in pain as i write this. Anyways she not also did that but she went ahead and called my insurance to see if she could help me out with anything else and she finds out I get two free cleaning a year here. Dr. Perez made me feel at home and spoke me through everything took his time with me and made sure I was comfortable and not in pain and being in the hospitality industry this means the world to me. He was kind and explained everything to me. You can watch Netflix, Hulu, etc while waiting. You have your own dedicated TV. Dr. Villena saw me and put together a good plan for needed dental work. They have special technology to visualize bacteria attacking the teeth; the tech shows tooth health at each layer. Deering Dental is superior to a typical dental office. Very impressed. Flexible pricing with a discount for paying up front, in full. At the end, they gave me a welcome package. I needed to expedite my dental plan due to a filling from a (good) prior dentist coming out recently. I came in on June 9th for an evaluation. Velma--another hygienist--was thorough and nice. She and Dr. Pinto explained the urgency of my situation. They gave me specialized products to get my oral health back on track. Today, Dr. Pinto and Velma saved my wisdom tooth. The dentist was happy and cheerful as well as informative towards my specific issues and concerns. Their website was well done and very informative for me when I was doing more research on them, I especially love how they're a local business thats been open since before the pandemic and still go above and beyond for their patients. I was referenced by a close friend who is their regular customer and I was told I wouldn't regret my decision (which I truly didnt). They guided me through every step of what they were doing and even let me pick what music we could listen to during the surgery (I was passed out but still- super nice to wake up to it).
