To their credit, when I called and requested a refund of the deposit, they returned it without issue (hence the 2 stars). That said, the initial sales approach was misleading and predatory. For context, another company has since quoted $460 for the same repair.

Installation was flawless, but the price was exorbitant at $8300. $6-6500 would have been a fair price for a $3400 heater marked up 1.5X and a 6-8 hours of labor at more than $200/hr labor. Met with owner and he justified the price mostly due to "knowing his costs", generous salaries for his employees, enormous overhead, advertising and a "small profit margin" Lesson learned. When the technician goes into upsell mode and tells you they are offering a competitive price, don't believe them. Get three quotes. Also, they remove any negative reviews and want you to not post anything detrimental on social media.

Said the inside coil was bad, leaking Freon. He sent order to shop to get coil, should be a stock item. They will call you. I called them they said we don't have the coil in stock it will be 7-10 days to get it. I said are you kidding me. The guy was an absolute jerk to me, never even apologized for the first techs misdiagnosis, wasting a week on a part we do-not even need! It's 101 today was 102 yesterday. I said to them this is ridiculous I am supposed to wait 7-10 days after I have already waited 7 days. You haven't even apologized. He said there's nothing I can say or do to make you happy. They just don't care Don't even act like they care! I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life! Today is July 11. no air since June 25. They were supposed to have the part July 9.
