Today, that happened again when I came back to Albany. I couldn't of complained; it served my needs in more than one way; not only did I get a successful (no frills gas fill up) with my GasBuddy card here, but I also had to come in and use the men's room. If only other stations would work as solidly as this fill up took. Although the men's room was a little disorderly when I arrived, it seemed like this place was on top of things. I got greeted when I walked in (though I didn't exactly see the employees who greeted me from the door) and just seemed welcoming here.

Worst part was that I reserved it for 7:00, but couldn't get it at 7:00 because there was someone there before me right when they opened. Still had to return it by 12:00, though. Although it was only my fourth or fifth time ever driving something larger than a compact car, I had no trouble with the pickup. It was in good condition, and was glad to have the air conditioning on a hot day. Returning it was hassle-free. They sell cardboard boxes inside the building, but in what I thought was a nice touch, there was a drop-off area for used boxes people could leave or take for free. It was empty, but still.
