Tommys wife even called the bank and verified the check. I'm sorry but that sounds very suspicious to me. I have never heard of giving someone your money and leaving with no product and no guarantee that the product is yours. Tommy could have been upfront with my husband before he drove 2.5 hours to pick up the travel trailer. Or worked with my husband and his wife who again verified the check since he knew my husband drove 2.5 hours to do business! I took my truck in to the shop to get a water pump installed and a thermostat installed. They said…read morethey could have it done in one day. They quoted me $858. I called the mechanic that referred me to the shop and asked him if that was a fair price because it seemed high. He said yes it's a fair price so I figured if I'm paying a premium like that the job would be done right and they would have it done in a day so I figured it was worth it. When I pick my truck up and drove it for a day or two I noticed the temperature was going back-and-forth a good bit. I called them and talk to them and they told me that there may be air in the system still and to burp the reservoir. I did that and my temperature still was erratic. About three days after I got my truck back it ran hot. I had to pull over and let it cool in order to make it home. On the way home it started making a rattling or grinding sound that I've never heard before. The truck is a 2014 and I've had it for five years and it has never given me any problems until now. They gave the truck a clean bill of health when I left the shop yet it was running hot and had new noises. I had to take another day off of work to take it back up to the shop and let the mechanic listen to it and see what he thought. He told me the noise was an idler pulley and the temperature issue was a coolant temp sensor. He said in order to replace those two parts he would have to remove the intake to put the sensor on and it would be another $650. I thought that was strange so I got another mechanics opinion. He immediately told me after hooking his diagnostic machine to my truck which Niel's never done that the coolant temp sensor was fine and it was reading perfectly. He then told me they probably did not put a thermostat in it or installed the thermostat wrong. When he got under the hood and started looking he noticed that the water pump bolts were not even finger tight and about to fall out. He took the thermostat housing off and found that the thermostat was installed upside down with a gasket jammed in there. He then called and priced a water pump that was $100 and they charged me $280 for that same part. They charge me $75 for the thermostat that was $15. Moral of the story if you ever get work done on your vehicle always call and price of the parts yourself if the shop is charging you 300% markup on something more than likely they are crooks

Rented an auger from them to dig a few 36" deep holes. Specifically told them I needed to dig 36"…read moreholes and they suggested the specific piece of equipment. When I picked up the equipment I questioned the capability of it to dig 36" deep as the auger but seemed too short. They assured me it could go that deep. So I loaded it up on their rental trailer and off I went. Well it turns out that it cannot got 36" deep. About half that depth is all it will go due to a limitation of the geometry of the machine and the lengths the bit. On top of that I noticed the trailer lights weren't working when I got it home so I fixed a loose wire there. Thought they were working when I left. When I got to return the equipment the guy unloading it said "ohh year this won't go that deep you should have rendered this other thing tell them up front" Stood by rental made it right. I had an issue and the team absolutely called back and made it right. What else can you ask.

Traveling 1.5 hours to pickup all parts were ready and packaged for pickup. Fast and courteous service! We walked through the inventory list and signed off on the items. The staff was accommodating and used the forklift to load our items as it weighed well over 900 lbs! My review focuses on the customer service and communication. Matt stayed in touch and even when their phone lines were down he called us on his personal device to ensure we were aware of the phone system issue and that he was still available to assist us.
