Do NOT buy from this company! I bought an upper power steering hose from this company and as I was purchasing it I asked the employee if I could bring it back if it was the wrong part and get a refund and she said yes. So it turned out to be the wrong part (not surprising coming from this place) and I tried to return it to get my refund and the lady on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE, implied that I was lying about the refund, said nobody would have told me I could get a refund, so then I asked to speak to the owner and he also told me there was no way I could get a refund even though THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG PART! Again today I called and asked for a price quote for a old mazda steering calum... Just need the top piece. They told me they don't sell it separate top and bottom together.. Givens price...$125 for an old steering calum. You got to be shitting me... I stopped by the mazda dealer and they said no problem sir will get it taken care of... 10 min later the guy comes with my keys and said your all done... DID NOT CHARGE ME NO $$$$ FUCK YOU GIVENS. Worst experience EVER at any business I've ever had. This junkyard pulls the parts for you, and has a reputation for high prices. I was ok with this, as I try to support local businesses. Long story short; the part I purchased was faulty (really bad bearing) on the hub I bought, and that's ok. The problem came taking part back to do a return. I've never been treated soooo rudely in my life. Whenever I was talking I was cut-off and ultimately told it was my fault I bought it. It's not hard to do the right thing and these people obviously have never tried doing so. In the end I payed $75 for a worthless part. I despise this place, and will NEVER forgot my experience, nor will I ever fail to tell people not to do business here... read more

Do NOT use Givens Auto Parts to fulfill your used parts needs!! Stay away!!! I had been using them for 15+ years and my dealership used to use them up until now. Bought 2 Honda ABS wheel speed sensors on 09/07/2019. Installed them and the right front one immediately throws a code. Called Givens 9/13/2019 and they said they don't have anymore for that vehicle and I could get a refund. Checked all connections, cleared codes and test drove the vehicle. Code for the right front come back immediately and we noticed, monitoring live data on our scanner, that the left front drops signal completely under 9mph which is why the ABS is engaging; the module thinks there is wheel slippage occurring. Bring both sensors back to Givens 9/21/2019 and explain what has taken place so far. Guy behind the counter thinks he has a crystal ball and says "oh, so only one sensor is bad. We'll give you half your money back". I explained I've diagnosed the problem - I own a dealership, have formal technical training and have 12 current ASE certifications - and both of the sensors are no good. He said prove it and I said I'd be happy to share the data from my professional grade Matco scanner and he said "that doesn't mean anything" and now he wants to tell me the ABS module is no good and said half my money back or nothing. Then, he proceeded to tell me that a dealer part comes with no warranty. That's funny, because Honda gives me a 12/12 warranty on parts. This guy is clueless. I let them know that was not acceptable and I would pursue this further because it's not right. You don't get to make up the rules when you feel like it. Sign inside their establishment clearly states no cash refunds if they have a replacement part in stock. They don't, so that implies I am eligible for a cash refund, not an assumed diagnosis from some guy behind the counter that has no clue what he's talking about. THIS PLACE JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY, WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR JUNK PARTS AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS!!!! TAKE ADVICE FROM AN AUTOMOTIVE PROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

They LIE LIE LIE and play games with Clinton's They told us they would pick up our car from Clinton's and even talked to Clinton's and told them they would pay the very small fee but then didn't pick it up. Everytime we contacted Givens they would put us on hold and call Clintons. The played these games for 2 weeks with us. The lady at Givens told us as soon as fee was paid they would pick it up. Because they kept paying games, fees kept be adding on. three times we paid fees waiting on Givens. After $500 in fees I called again to tell Givens they could pick it up and they said we don't want it now. If you add it up It looks like Clinton's and Givens were in bed with each other. read more

I use these guys all the time! Whenever I can't find a part they've got it for me. In the rare case that they don't have the part, the almost always can point me in the right direction.
