I…read morebrought in a Vossen HF-5 (Matte Gunmetal) for a curb rash repair, and it was a disaster from start to finish. Technical Failure: They failed the color match twice. They used a satin finish that didn't match the finish of my other wheels. The tech actually claimed he "matched the center cap," which is a different material and color than the wheel face, and told me the paint "needed time in the sun" to change texture. Safety Issue: After the second attempt, the paint chipped immediately, causing a leaky tire. When I called to report this, the receptionist said chipping paint wouldn't cause a leak, which isn't accurate when the chip is on the bead seat. Avoidance & Dishonesty: I called on Monday and was told the manager, Sylvester, would call me back. I waited a full day and never heard a word. I eventually had to call corporate just to get the GM Sal's number to get any movement. The Interaction: When I finally went in for a refund, I ended up speaking directly to Sylvester. He claimed he never called me back because he was "working nights," even though the staff had confirmed he was on-site during the day when I originally called. I accepted the refund because I no longer trust this shop's honesty or technical ability. If you have a high-end vehicle or aftermarket wheels, save yourself the headache and go to a specialist who actually knows what they are doing.

    let's start off with Chris at the front desk. He is very rude & racist. From the first day of me…read morecoming in to see about getting rims til the day they were returned. I admit I fell behind on the payment (1 month) but to come to my home and remove the valve stem on all 4 tires and use what looks like a knife to destroy the front driver rim (evidence is on Ring camera , residents that live here and property camera for the neighborhood) when I called Chris answered the phone and asked for my account information notifying me of the late payment and he admitted to the damages saying he would come out to replace the valve stems if I made a payment. I refused and told him to come and get the rims. He refused and hung up on me. Called back and spoke to David and told him everything that was going on and he notified me that the techs don't come in til 10am and soon as one arrives he would send one out to come pick up the rims and put my factory tires back on. Chris should not be employed and represent the company that's a bad look for business. It is now 3pm the tire tech and Chris arrived at 1130a to retrieve the rims. They have gone back and forth to the shop because apparently they stripped the lugs trying to take the rims off. Now Ryan and the tire tech have to come back with an air pump and then follow them back to the store so they can take the rim off there. This is an inconvenience & unprofessional. *Update arrived to the store and was in the bay with store manager David he started working on the tire with the stripped lug nut. He asked me to leave the bay because he didn't want to be recorded and attempted to shut the bay door. I told him I wanted to watch my car being serviced just as I did when the rims were put on and he told me that's impossible that anyone can sit in the bay. But I clearly sat on the couch that's inside the bay while I waited on for my the 1st time. So I go to the front waiting area and ask Chris for a copy of my file he notified me that Ryan had the file and would be back. I asked Chris is it the same files that were sitting in front of me with customers socials and he said yeah. (Violating customers privacy) David had to call another store and get help because he didn't have the right kit. Once the help arrived David notified me that the sensors I originally had on my factories had to be reordered and they would be here no later than Wednesday. Another inconvenience! 0 out of 5 stars.     David is the best thing happened to this place. But the corporate office is bad with customer…read moreservice. I was paying for my rims and paid them off, but system still was showing me owing them. David is someone that you need to handle anything, but the system needs work.
