So I ask, what if I wanted to get a new battery? He says he can't help me. No other employee have come in and he can't do anything except hold them accountable. The guy who sold (BOBBY) kept making lots of excuses from no staff to he's ordered the bumper and now it's 10th day still don't have my bumper and my car sitting in the garage because of this problem. I have called numerous times and went in person twice---really lost more in time and convenience. The service is below standard and the person who's handling it always end up in argument because he's always kept me in waiting. I even asked to return my money which he refuses simply due to their problems and not mine. I never recommend this auto part as what they will tell you and what you get are totally opposite not to mention very condescending way of communication.

I bought all the items I needed but I was having trouble for like an hour getting off the drain plug bolt. I kept going back in and out of the store trying to make sure I had the right size wrench to take off the bolt but the issue was is that my mechanic (who definitely doesn't want me working on my own car) tightened the hell out of the bolt with an impact driver so I couldn't get the damn bolt off. It was frustrating but I didn't say anything to the staff. The girl with the red bangs was super nice and decided to come out and help me. A friend of hers was close by and he literally took the plug out for me and helped me figure out which oil filter socket to buy to take out the existing oil filter which ALSO was screwed in super tight. All in all it was tremendous service. I was there for like 3 hours frustrated trying to simply just change my oil, they saved the day for me. Every single employee helped me without me even asking. All friendly. All nice. Whoever has a bad experience here probably has a bad attitude and is themselves a prideful person. It goes a long way when you are humble but no you want to be a dick and give everyone else a hard time. Everyone here deserves a raise.

I only used one, which was the pressure sensor, and I did not use the temp sensor. I never took it out of the box, not even to look at it (big mistake). On January 2, 2026, I took the sensor back for a refund. I was told it had been used and could not be returned. I told him it was never used or opened. He showed it to me, and it appeared to have smudges on it. I did not use it or take it out of the box because it was not needed. I returned it in the same condition it was sold to me. It's the first paid lesson for the New Year. Check your boxed parts before leaving the store. Even if you don't know what you are looking at.

Don't expect anyone to help you willingly in the store. You and the other customers however will have plenty of company as you all accumulate in that same area, expecting to be able to conduct a normal transaction. But eventually, one of you will have to depart from the group (and probably sacrifice your place in line because the employees don't care who came first) in order to go track down someone who works there and try to distract them from whatever is more important than what they're supposed to be there for: selling auto parts, which, last I checked, involves being able to pay for the item and leave the store in a reasonable amount of time. Or, first asking a question in order to make sure you're buying the correct product for your specific vehicle, and then having that person available to actually buy it instead of having them walk away randomly within 2 seconds, so you have to go find them again across the store to actually pay for it. To the employees: If you have severe ADD, maybe don't work in customer service or in any retail capacity whatsoever. And to the management: please stop hiring people with ADD to help your customers. Give them a job in the back somewhere and get someone capable to man your registers.
