He didn't even immediately know if my insurance would cover his service or if I'd need to wait for another company, but he waited with me and called the cops for flares to make sure my baby (who was in the car with me) and I were safe on the side of a busy road on a rainy day. Turned out Geico would reimburse me for DC Towing & Recovery so Rich drove us to the mechanic of my choosing (which turned out to be of his choosing too) and he was a total sweetheart to the two of us.
