If you suddenly come in, there may not be an employee available to assist you in case you have any questions or concerns. So please call in advance. They are also sanitizing in between customers. While I was looking for furniture in this store with my mom several weeks ago in this establishment, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: A plethora of parking. Seriously. You can park anywhere you want in the lot. It's massive. So few cars there during COVID. One of the concerns we had was related to transporting of the couch itself as we had originally intended to pick it up by SUV. In expressing our concerns to Steven, he went out of his way to request that his supervisor locate the exact dimensions of the sofa as it would be delivered in the two separate boxes (H x W x D) as well as the weight of each box for the delivery. Moreover, despite the couch being sold out online, Steven went out of his way to coordinate with his manager an timely delivery date that fell within our work availabilities much earlier than we had anticipated given the online estimate. Now they are pretending otherwise. I will be taking this matter to small claims court. Avoid this company at all costs.
