One of the concerns we had was related to transporting of the couch itself as we had originally intended to pick it up by SUV. In expressing our concerns to Steven, he went out of his way to request that his supervisor locate the exact dimensions of the sofa as it would be delivered in the two separate boxes (H x W x D) as well as the weight of each box for the delivery. Moreover, despite the couch being sold out online, Steven went out of his way to coordinate with his manager an timely delivery date that fell within our work availabilities much earlier than we had anticipated given the online estimate. Highly recommending that partnering up with Steven here at Ashely's furniture for any future furniture needs!

The delivery team was just as impressive. They were friendly, professional, and took their time putting everything together carefully. Before leaving, they made sure everything was perfect and that we were completely satisfied. We did have one issue with a piece of our furniture, but the delivery team immediately stepped in to help. They contacted customer service on our behalf, and the issue was taken care of quickly and without any hassle. Based on our experience so far, Bob's customer service has been outstanding. I've seen many TV advertisements for Bob's Discount Furniture and, with our old, broken down sofa…read moreon its last leg, decided to give them a visit when I realized one had opened up in the shopping center near our home. I was actually surprised at the quality of the furniture at what were, indeed, discount prices. There's lots of selection, and our salesperson, Marisol, accompanied my wife and myself to field any questions as we browsed their showroom. Being a weekend, she graciously offered us coffee or snacks that were available onsite for their clientele, as well. We found the perfect sofa with twin reclining seats and a lighted, fold down center console with phone charging USB ports and even two power outlets, AND at a reasonable price. In fact, with the option of either power or manual reclining buttons, we saved even more by choosing the manual - though the power recliners weren't that much more expensive. The sofa also came with a 5-year warranty covering workmanship defects and incidental damage protection (accidental and/or pet-related stains). When setting up the delivery particulars, we were pleased to learn that Bob's delivery team could also haul away our current sleeper sofa (which is unbelievably heavy and cumbersome) for a nominal fee - good riddance! They were able to schedule delivery in less than a week (purchased on a Sunday; delivered on the following Friday), and the delivery crew was prompt, efficient, and courteous. They set the couch up, tested all functions, and ensured the recliners were an appropriate distance from the back wall when activated. They even texted a day later to follow-up on our satisfaction with their service - and we definitely were. I'm sold on Bob's now and intend to return in the near future to purchase some inexpensive hide-a-bed futons for the loft of our cabin. They have some really great deals!

That's when Georgina, who I believe is the manager, stepped in and really took ownership of the situation. Along with Jasmine, our sales representative, they were both incredibly patient, courteous, and committed to helping us find a solution. Despite the initial denial from Easy Rest, Jerome's ultimately honored the warranty, replaced the mattress, and helped us with a new cover and other items. Their professionalism and willingness to stand behind their customer turned a very frustrating experience into a positive one. I am so surprised by the reviews, but I have to say that I had the greatest experience here. Ordered a sofa, loveseat, sectional, dining set, and king size mattress and box. I really didn't think much of the store at first but when I walked it I felt like it was the right place for me. Probably wouldn't have come in if I had seen the reviews before I came but I have to say they really surprised me. Ordered my items and it took about 3 weeks to get which is what I was expecting to wait for it although it was going to cut close to my big birthday party I had been planning. I've shopped at many furniture stores in the past and I believe in not rushing anything because it can turn into a mess. " nature doesn't rush, yet everything is accomplished" I really just hoped for the worst and received everything perfectly. I can't begin to count how many of my guest have been complimenting me on my furniture. The delivery was a little rough, but I really am so thankful to the 2 men who brought my items in. I don't think it gets any cheaper than 40 bucks for a whole truckload full of furniture. I don't think I would have been able to do it. Big thank you to the delivery men, and thank you Tina. I give this place 4 and half stars. I really like their selection of furniture. I was recommended by friend who purchased furniture for his new home. I walked into this store thinking that the sales people were going to be right up on my tail but I really liked how they gave me my space and allowed me to walk around without hassling me. I bought an awesome solid wood bed that they said to have been from India and I have to say its the best furniture piece I have ever bought. I did have to wait about a month and a half or so because they said the bed was on the water and was shipping from over seas so that is why I took off half a star. Otherwise, I would recommend this place for their unique quality and style. read more

Went here with my wife and kids. Furnished my whole house, since we had just moved here locally. Great prices and staff are very nice, and helpful. They helped us customize our couches and pick out some furniture for our home. Turned out great! Better than I had expected. One man there his name was Paul was helping us chose the color of the couches after we had showed him some pictures of our home. Which he did a great job at. Also mattresses I saved a ton of money. Went shopping around for over a week and they were able to get me great quality mattresses within my budget. Over all everything was great! Definitely had a great experience. I was passing by when I saw the furniture store and decided to stop by. Over all the customer service was good when purchasing the furniture but it was the delivery that was the worst. First Tina tells me it would be delivered 12, than 2, than 3, and finally it was delivered at 4. Not to mention I was the one calling them every single time to get an update instead of them giving me the information. Should have read the yelp reviews first before making the purchase since there are more than one complaints about delivery issues. read more

I found what I was looking for but unfortunately my car was too small to transport it. I was told the chest could be delivered Monday, but Monday was inconvenient for me. We really wanted a cloth sectional with a wedge (instead of a 90 degree corner) and sectionals with wedges seem to only come in leather with recliners on the ends and built in cup holders which I don't like. Then, I randomly stumbled into Roger's furniture and met Sebastian who was super easy to work with and also has good taste in furniture planning IMO. After checking out the sectionals at the store and better understanding our needs, Sebastian worked with us to build a custom sectional (5-hours of debating the details and selecting fabrics!!!) that was just a few modifications on what a standard sectional would be. We took delivery of the sectional today and absolutely love it! And, the sectional was built locally too. If you have an idea of what sofa/sectional you'd like, go to Roger's and talk to Sebastian. Honestly, the price wasn't that much higher than options we saw at the major stores and we got a CUSTOM sectional. Check out my new sectional and support local businesses!
