The most recent visit, we had Tina help us out and she was very helpful and accommodating with the delivery date as well. She got us a sofa + loveseat set for a really good price!! They usually charge $50-70 for delivery but it might be cheaper if the distance is shorter. All their furniture is great quality and it's hard to not get distracted by wanting to look at everything haha. read more

I bought a dining table from here but the table has a crack after they delivered and assembly. I contacted the store and lady said they would talk to the company and I called back after a week she said the company will do exchange a new one for us . So I have to wait for them to contact me again for a month they didn't call me back . So I called back and Anthony said they would check and they never contacted me again . Now I give up and still have same table and I don't think they will do anything about it. They do not take responsibility after the sale. read more

I came across this store when I was in the area of Covina. I found two end tables that I purchased from "Tina", store manager. I paid for delivery and an extra charge for going up stairs and another extra charge to install the handles on the drawers. They sent one person only to deliver these very heavy tables. He started to leave them at my doorstep. I told him I paid to have them placed upstairs. He told me to put the handles in myself, but I told him I paid for that too. I asked him to take the tables out of the boxes downstairs and he refused. He started flipping them up my stairs from top to bottom in full circle very fast. I called for him to stop and he didn't. Once up the stairs I had to help him remove them from the boxes. Styrofoam all over the place that he did not clean up. My home is a new development. Newly painted and new floors. I had to pay a painter to come in and paint the walls he left marks on, and I can't imagine what it's going to cost to repair and replace boards on my floors he damaged drastically. He also damaged my tables. I called "Anthony" at the Furniture Gallery Covina and reported it right away. He said he would get back to me and never did. I would NOT recommend this unprofessional business and their poor quality furniture. read more

For the price $1600 for a full size bed no mattress, dresser and mirror there are so many cracks on the mirror and dresser within 10 min of guys setting it up. The slats only 3 on an 800 bed frame is poor quality. Lots of small cracks. Valentino collection is poor quality compared to the photo in the catalog. Customer service is 5 star but quality of wood is sadly poor. I will not recommend this place for bedroom furniture for adults or teens. 3 pcs full bedroom set for $1600 and minor cracks within 10 min of set up is a huge disappointment read more

So it was finally time for me to replace my couch and coffee table. I ended up at this furniture store after hearing recommendations from my family. It was a bit of a drive for me but so worth it. My friends and I came in and was immediately greeted by Vinh. I walked around the entire store probably about 3 times. Customer service was great. I didn't feel pressure or rushed which is great because I hate being rushed. Vinh was very patient with me and worked with me until I got exactly what I wanted. I ended up showing him a picture of what I wanted and he told me they can build it for me exactly like the picture. I cant remember the exact measurements, but I gave him specific measurements and made changes to my liking. He gave me a wide range of variety of fabric I can choose and also gave me 2 extra throw pillows (BONUS STAR)! He worked with me and asked questions until I finally got everything exactly how I wanted. They also have this big computer in the middle of the store so you can look through catalogs as well and not have to walk around. Super convenient and easy to navigate. That's how I ended up choosing my coffee table and rug. I ended up getting everything I needed for a great deal! He told me it would take 2 weeks to build and then delivered. The delivery came on time and the two delivery men were professional and put everything together for me. The sectional came exactly how I imagined it would be! PERFECT! It is super comfy (I paid a little extra for premium cushioning) and the exact size that I wanted. It fits perfectly in my apartment and my home feels like a "homey" home again! I recently purchased a bed frame and mattress from Furniture Gallery and I am extremely pleased with the process and the result. From the very beginning, Anthony was helpful and attentive. Anthony maintained an open line of communication throughout the whole process. The delivery was quick and timely. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who delivered my furniture (all the way to Glendale, mind you), but he was polite and helpful. I live on the 2nd floor of an apartment complex that does not have an elevator, but this was no problem. He was careful not to knick any walls and he made sure to clean up any trash before leaving. Tina and Anthony are super nice and helpful!! I ordered and entire Impressions Vanity set (the ones all over Instagram) and Tina gave me the best price possible. On top of that, I had a busy day, and they were kind enough to work with my schedule and have the items delivered to my house with in an hour! I received the items the same day! Through no fault of their own, some of the items I bought were defective (manufacturer's fault). The mirror had one light socket that didn't have power and the drawers did not match the table top (color wise). But Anthony and Tina quickly assured me that a new mirror will be ordered and the correct colored drawer set as well!! They let me use the items for the mean time until the replacements arrive. I love the set I bought, it will be absolutely perfect when the correct drawers and new mirror come in. Best price I've ever seen for the Impressions Vanity brand. Helpful service. Super friendly!
