Steven was an absolute rockstar; he was very patient, attentive, and didn't make us feel pressured whatsoever. One of the concerns we had was related to transporting of the couch itself as we had originally intended to pick it up by SUV. In expressing our concerns to Steven, he went out of his way to request that his supervisor locate the exact dimensions of the sofa as it would be delivered in the two separate boxes (H x W x D) as well as the weight of each box for the delivery. Moreover, despite the couch being sold out online, Steven went out of his way to coordinate with his manager an timely delivery date that fell within our work availabilities much earlier than we had anticipated given the online estimate. Now they are pretending otherwise. I will be taking this matter to small claims court. Avoid this company at all costs.
