All the staff behind the counter are courteous and efficient. If they don't have your prescription, they will call you as soon as it's delivered to pick it up. I found the process extremely efficient. In terms of the rest of the store, they have milk, soft drinks, bread, frozen food, eggs, etc. The beauty section doesn't have as many brands as those with a specific make up area (ie: no Benefit, Lancome, etc.) but they do have all the drug store brands (Maybelline, Vichi, Covergirl, and so on). The pharmacy definitely stands out the most for me in this store, but for baking needs and odds and ends, this Shoppers has it all. You can also pay for prescriptions by credit card which I was pleased to hear.

The female staff was very helpful in providing me information on the different brands of protein and I even got to sample a new flavour. There was a buy one, get one 30% off promotion at the time and she suggested that I try a new product. At checkout she offered me a plastic bag and in being environmentally friendly I declined. She offered a reusable bag but I've got a million at home so I declined as well. She did give me some samples which I appreciated. It turns out that I didn't need the new product that I had purchased and went back to get it exchanged for something else. Just an fyi that exchange can only be done within 7 days of purchase. The same female staff was working when I went back and I explained that I wanted to exchange what I had bought for something else.
