Seriously, there's stuff in here that I have never seen before, at least, not in person…read more Lots of work clothes, boots, etc. at decent prices. More animal feed/food than the feed store. Hardware, tools, kerosene in 5-gallon cans, toys, plumbing stuff, heaters, you name it, they have it if it is used in an agricultural setting. Even if it isn't an agricultural setting, you have a good chance of finding what you need here. I'll go back soon to buy new blades for the riding mower. I guess Lowe's has them, but Tractor Supply is closer and I don't have to walk 3 miles to buy 'em. Very helpful and friendly employees. I just wandered around looking lost, since I wasn't looking to buy anything...different employees kept asking me if I needed help finding something. I guess I looked suspicious. Or something. I like supporting my locally-owned businesses (and the Tractor Supply might actually be franchised by a local person, but I don't know), but another place to buy tools and hardware is never a bad thing.

I will definitely recommend that no one ever buys a Husqvarna in their entire life. Not only are…read morethey super expensive but they will break before the service plan kicks in and then when you try to get the One Year Manufacturer Warranty, there's a huge roundabout for no payout. You have to send it to one of two other locations that are not Tractor Supply in order to try to get the warranty money back but you have to pay $60 to get the services of the representative because you did not buy the husqvarna in that location. And guess what? They have little to no success in getting back that money of the manufacturer warranty. It's not normal that I bought a trimmer here and immediately that I tried it, it was lackluster as if it had already been used before. The Tractor supply customer service tells us to clean it very well before returning it. For what reason, I don't know. But I do know that the trimmer that I bought was definitely not new. And then I bought a new trimmer that's more expensive, assuming that it would be better quality but it literally breaks the second time I use it. The motor was completely blown out even though I used the gas it requires. So, that is $329.99 down the trash plus another $59.99 service plan down the trash, not including tax. And you know the customer service that I received at Tractor supply? So sorry, too bad.

A fellow by the name of Jeremy told me that they could not work on it since I did not have all the broken parts to show them; I explained that it broke while I was using it about 10 feet off the ground cutting a tree branch and that the broken pieces fell in the yard somewhere. When I called the STIHL HQs to get their advice, Carmen told me that Beard Equipment should have repaired it and that they were going to call their management team about not honoring the warranty. In the meantime, I took my chainsaw to THE TOOL SHACK who fixed it within 3 days WITHOUT any drama. Do NOT waste your time going to Beard Equipment. Well, I had hoped that I could continue to write positive things about Beard Equipment. Sadly,…read morethey have once again hit the bottom of the barrel, and then found even deeper levels. Once more this spring I took my John Deere lawn mower in to have it serviced and prepared for the summer. After waiting longer than I had been told to expect, I called the service department -- notice that I had to call them; they NEVER call customers to keep them informed or updated. Of course the work had not yet started, but they were able to provide a quote for service - -nearly $1500. At that point I had no option, and let them proceed. Again, the work took longer than promised, and I got no call - had to reach out to the service area again. Got home - the mower ran very poorly, but I tried for two months to make it work, hoping things would improve. A few weeks ago I had another problem - a part on the mowing deck broke. I arranged for Beard to pick up the mower on a Tuesday - five days after I called them. I also mentioned dissatisfaction with the earlier repairs. Tuesday came - nothing. No call, no pick-up, nothing. Finally, at 4:30 I called Beard (again) and was told that their pick up service had gotten lost on another call - 'misread the GPS' - and would not be able to pick up my mower until Thursday. After pointing out the NUMEROUS problems with their service, they agreed to send someone out on Wednesday. That was two weeks ago today. Having not heard from them (see a pattern??) I called them Monday and was told that they could repair the deck and fix the engine problems - for an additional $560. But of course, it could not be done until today. And they would have to deliver it tomorrow. I will now have spent, in three months, more than the mower cost when new. And there is absolutely no assurance that it will be even partially repaired. This place is incompetent and incapable of providing even the most basic level of implement service. They really couldn't care less about staying in touch with their customers, and are more than happy to do pathetic work, then charge you again for fixing what they destroyed. Stay as far away as possible. I will.
