She helped explain the different flower pairings she would add to support the main flowers we wanted. Wendy was also open to changes to the order along the way as we chose to add items and firm up our guest count. All the flowers ended up gorgeous the day of the wedding. Each of the different pieces all went together wonderfully and added the special pop to the décor and photos. I was so pleased to see it all come together the day of and for a reasonable price. I would just keep in mind that they are a flower shop so they get busy around holidays like Easter and Mother's day but that still only delayed the normally quick communication a couple of days. Blooms by Vickrey accepted the order and responsibility to execute the order. What was delivered looked like a mangled mess of leftover hedge clippings in varying uncoordinated colors. Also the vase ordered was supposed to be clear glass with a pink bow, what she received was a white plastic apparatus that resembled a juice carafe... bow nowhere to be found. The Valentines card I selected not present and in it's place a literal folded piece of paper. This is a total insult. I'm hurt and appalled that this is what my beautiful mother received.

I chose this florist because they have been around for a long time. I've often passed by the shop and admired the esthetics. That's why I initially felt comfortable ordering via online and by phone. Because the receipt had to be mailed, I started reading reviews and became even more concerned. I formulated a last minute backup plan with a business chain. The day before mom's funeral, I went to check on the order. Thankfully, they were done, in the fridge and labeled, ready for delivery and BEAUTIFUL!!! Fresh! Filled the room with fragrance! The next morning we served it with pancakes we made for our grown children. I was very disappointed. The fruit was not ripe!! The cantaloupe was hard & tasteless, as was the honeydew. The pineapple was a pale yellow color & was also not ripe or flavorful. Let me just say if fruits were my business I would only send fruits that were truly delicious. If your fruit isn't ripe, let the customer know what is ripe & can be sent. The entire experience was truly disappointing. We threw out the entire arrangement. There was nothing to salvage. I will never order from this particular Edible Arrangement shop & maybe not even from any other locations. I would not want anyone to receive the crappy fruit that I did. So much for Mother's Day.
