They refused to give us any money back after admitting they didnt do the proper test it was all diagnosed by visual cues. Finally they offered to give us the money for the parts they added without permission but we never received it which was expected since she said she would leave it in the center console.. fast forward to a different shop they found that genes left off important bolts from the engine and one of the replaced sensors was still bad. I knew they were shady when they came out "recommending" that brake and power steering fluid be drained and replaced as a regular maintenance item. (Surprised they didn't tell me I needed new blinker fluid.) Not only that, since they worked on it I've been getting a loud vibration noise when the car idles. Like they didn't tighten something down. I wasn't going to bother reviewing, but I just had to have my rear brakes (and rotors) replaced less than 3000 miles since they "inspected" them and told me they were good. If I was that close to grinding metal on metal that would easily have been detected had they done an actual inspection. Nope, never going back.
