After further discussion the Owner decided to put a replacement transmission in and I had to pay $600 plus cash to pick up my truck. Fast forward i pay the money to get it back then days later there's another issue I take it back they agree to fix for free it's been 2 weeks no one calls to update me and when I call Justin acts like I don't have a reason to be calling. He eventually told me to pick up a loaner which I did and vehicle was 100% unsafe to drive brakes were to floor. I returned and have heard not a word. This place is definitely a rip off they will get you in something Quick already having the knowledge of the issues. The management team sucks you can't talk to anyone pass Justin which is unprofessiona. The only people that understands how to be professional at Header's is the friendly women at the front desk. I've always made payments on time and often times even early. They're currently holding a truck that is financed to me and I've been paying on it.

So then I asked could they give me another tag because it was obviously out of date and they said that's illegal soon now I have an illegal car that I have to drive anyway and not because I didn't pay for insurance not because I didn't do everything right but because even when I went to the DMV in Indiana they had no record of this car title being transferred or even where it came from. So now I'm just sitting waiting hoping and wondering if they sent it yet or if I'm going to have to pay another $150. Worst customer service ever.

He made zero attempt to communicate with me which meant I had to call several times for a status update. Does he really think I want to be THAT person? Ultimately we got the answer we needed, one of a short list my mechanic suspected. The fix from him was apologetic and heavily discounted whereas I paid over $400 for days of hassle from this place! My mechanic is likely to purchase his own equipment because this guy is so difficult to deal with.

Had my car for two or three days and could come up with no clue about what was wrong with it. Told me it would cost me possibly two grand to fix a simple problem with the air-conditioner not working. Wound up taking it to the dealer to fix the problem for the money they charge me for telling me that they could do nothing with it. These pieces of human excrement should not even be in business.
