WOW! Most amazing experience ever! Kevin's expertise in understanding the wind direction and the conditions in and around Letchworth, coupled with his skill in guiding his balloon, will guarantee you have the experience of a lifetime! The anticipation while we watched and even helped fill the balloon, actually getting our picture inside the balloon while it was filling, was incredulous, but was nothing compared to the serenity of leaving at sunrise and rising up through the mist into the breaking dawn to see the fog draining through the park. It was so awe inspiring it brought tears to our eyes and left us speechless for the first few minutes. Then to hear Kevin tell you exactly where you will go and how he will get you there, while watching these amazing scenes unfold in front of you, will make even the most feint of heart person feel comfortable and safe. We had the spectacular opportunity to see not only the upper falls and trestle, but to travel to middle falls, touch down in the water and drift to the edge, only to turn around to see the most amazing view of the falls in its entirety! We saw Glen Iris Inn and a wedding set up, we also learned a ton on the history of the park from Kevin as well as fun things to do in the park, even during the winter. We floated back over and down into the gorge drifting to almost the bottom of the gorge only to climb the cliffs and head over to Wolf Creek to see all the falls in the creek, (which you will only see from a balloon!) We then climbed high and saw silver lake in the distance and headed for landing. Kevin prepped us so we knew exactly what to expect. From start to finish, this was, by far, the best adventure we have been on yet! We watched other balloons from other companies lift off and land while we were in the air, not seeing any where near the sights and experiences we did.
