They are truly the most knowledgeable and safe people in the hyperbaric business in San Diego. All of the staff members are extremely competent and skilled at what they do and how they explain the treatment and what to expect. Not only is the care impeccable, but the staff members themselves are all so kind and compassionate and easy to talk to. The owner Jen puts her whole heart into this business and truly cares about her patients and them getting better. Reagan and Dominic are extremely professional and kind, they remember every detail about each patient and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable during your treatment. We come here over 40 times each round, 5 days a week and honestly look forward to walking in every day because of the staff. The office is clean, everything is brand new and they have anything you can think of-clean bathrooms, TVs for every chamber, snacks, water, blankets. It is truly the place you want to go if you need hyperbaric therapy in San Diego.

For the most part, our experiences have been positive. The staff is usually kind, patient, and very understanding, especially when it comes to my fear of getting my blood drawn. That said, I did have one unfortunate experience where the blood draw was very painful and left me severely bruised. The snap of the band hurt so badly that it brought me to tears. Thankfully, that seems to have been an isolated incident. Other visits have gone smoothly, and the care team has been gentle and attentive. I appreciate their ability to work well with the family, and I still feel confident bringing my family here for care.

Unfortunately, this was the only closest location to my home with a date not so far out. Basically, an inconvenience. Nonetheless, I had to get it done. Glad traffic wasn't too bad. I was checked by a staff outside the imaging lobby area. She was busy typing, like seriously typing and did not bother looking up. Awkwardly, I must have stood in front of her for a good minute or so. Just she and I and her computer, click clack typing away. No, " I'll be right with you, just give me a sec, pls." No one else present but us. I did make my presence known by touching the desk and moving around a little. She finally looked up, excused herself as she began coughing. She also explained herself that she was not sick, just a dry cough was all. After all that, I was verified and received my band in no time. Yay. She asked that I have a seat, pointing to the wall on her left. Compared to Bonita location, I felt alone. As I was the only one waiting and sitting in rows of empty chairs. Minutes later, I was admitted into the imaging room. Mai walked me in. She was friendly, pleasant and reassuring. She was also thorough in making sure the images of my left side was clear. She also reassured me that nothing was wrong with my left side and that the image was the only issue when it was last taken in December. She added that it will be quick. Well, I was in and out in no time. Approximately 15 minutes. Loved it. I also loved that this location being right off the freeway exit, wasn't so large that I would get lost, calm all around, organized, had lots seating areas, and lots of parking.

I went into urgent care for infection on my hand after previously going to telehealth doctors twice. (Telehealth doctor told me to take OTC medicine and later an antibiotic ointment.) I took the OTC medicine for a month then noticed it got worse. I went to Sharp Santee urgent care and had culture done. At the same time I was given regular antibiotics. Ten days later I went to NP in doctor's office and said all is well. 2 hours later I got a call that the culture results showed positive and was told to once again take the same OTC medicineI had been on for the last 2 months. (I told them I was already on it for 2 months and was ignored.) I was never given the correct medicine until I finally went to the dermatologist. Dermatologist is the ONLY person that listened to me. I also got billed for urgent care as if I saw a dermatologist, which I NEVER did. (I owe $280 for this.) I now owe $200 for NP which did absolutely nothing. I will owe the dermatologist $280 for my recent visit, and another $280 for a follow up. Overall, I am out of pocket over $1000 because they cannot listen. I should have been given correct medicine from the onset since I specifically mentioned I had been on the OTC version for over a month and it was getting worse. I provided pictures, history of what had happened and details along the way. No adequate help was ever given until I was out of pocket over $1000.
