The place is very clean and the equipment is extremely up to date. I found Dr. Furman to be extremely knowledgeable and competent, as well as kind and caring. She filled two cavities that were bothering me and it was fairly quick and painless process. I got to sit in this awesome massage chair and watch a tv show while all the magic was happening. As much as I don't particularly enjoy going to the dentist, when its time to go, I would go back to Dr. Furman.

During the consultation, I was very clear that I travel for work and specifically asked how often I would need to come into the office during the approximately 6 months of treatment. I was told only a few times, around 2-3 visits, which I knew I could make work. Before I ever started treatment, I found out I would be traveling much farther away for work and immediately reached out to see what my options were. That's when I was suddenly told I would actually need to come into the office around 8 times. Had I been told that from the beginning, I NEVER would have agreed to move forward or paid for Invisalign because I knew that many visits would not be possible with my work schedule. The way everything was handled afterward made the experience even worse. Josh, who I was told was in charge, was extremely rude and unwilling to work with me or help find a reasonable solution. I eventually spoke with Dr. Furman, who was aware from the beginning that I travel for work and agreed to at least give me a 50% refund. I was told someone would reach out with further details. More than two weeks went by and no one contacted me. I called multiple times, left messages, and was repeatedly told someone would call me back. No one did. Every time I tried to speak with someone, they were apparently too busy to get on the phone. They also suggested putting my Invisalign treatment on hold until I returned, while acknowledging that my teeth could shift in the meantime, so that obviously wasn't a reasonable solution for me either. If I had actually been told from the beginning that I would need 8 visits, I would not have moved forward. If it were the 2-3 visits I was originally told, I would have made it work. Instead, I paid the entire amount before even having my consultation, was later given completely different expectations about the number of visits required, and then had an incredibly difficult time getting anyone to communicate with me about resolving it. What a horrible and frustrating experience. Based on my experience, it felt like they were very quick to take my money but not nearly as willing to communicate or help once there was an issue. I absolutely would not recommend Promenade Dental.

My wife and I are new to the area so we are looking for a new dentist, and because of the wait, I knew Dr. Rubinchik was not going to be our guy. When he finally saw me, I said I wanted to skip the X-rays and just get a cleaning since I'll likely be going to another dentist in the future. He said he wouldn't do that. So I put the X-ray shield back on and said I was willing to get an X-ray. Even though I just tried to be as polite as possible despite my obvious frustration at this point, he angrily told me he didn't like my attitude and refused to service me at all. The new hygienist (very sorry, I forgot her name) was the best hygienist who ever did the procedure for me. I did not feel the slightest pain. Everything from start to finish was done in highly professional manner. At the end Dr. Buchmann did his check up. As usual, it was done with a smile and pain free. Thank you for a great service. Each time my husband and I come to this office, we feel welcomed and have the best dental service.
