I had spent literally thousands of dollars in Invisalign and gum treatments without complaint. And yet, over an inconsequential amount, I was treated rudely. After paying the bill, I told the office I would be looking for other care. They continued to text, attempting to schedule appointments. In fact, I just got one recently.
