They left no scope for us to fix their blunder ourselves. It was such a last-minute surprise! They ignored the multiple phone calls we made to them, offered a weak excuse via text midway through the event, and showed no professional accountability. I have a feeling they overbooked themselves for profit and then failed to deliver. They know the kind of mess they made from our event, and they may post fake positive reviews to cover their failures. Do not get carried away by the pretty words on their website. They are just for "decoration". Their core values and all is simply baloney. If you ever have the misfortune of hiring Ascent Events please don't pay in advance, micromanage every detail, and be prepared to fight for a refund. She was in distress as she needed an all-white wreath for a funeral session. The helper did not know much so he told me to wait on the florist.
