We love that it's a big team/ family environment. Everyone is so nice and welcoming- from beginners to well experienced. There's multiple classes- home school programs to evening classes. It's such an amazing program that we have kids coming from all different cities just to go to Arete. I can't say enough good things about this place and so glad we get to be a part of it. I am currently 6 months into the rehab and couldn't be happier with my progress. After 6 short months I am now back to normal life and actively hiking, mountain biking, swimming and I owe all to CDMPT. CDMPT created a dynamic workout plan that was suited to my physical level and progression.
