Before it was hard and sometimes boring to do lagree 5x a week but w climb it's easy to workout almost everyday. My fav is the combo! I love going to Trim!! I found this studio about six months ago and just hit my 100th class today! The Lagree + VersaClimb combo is no joke--it's tough but so satisfying because it's actually sculpting my body. Every instructor is amazing, and the staff is always so friendly and fun. Booking classes through the app is super easy, and I love that they have tons of morning and evening options that fit my busy mom life. I've been going to Trim Fitness Studio for a little over a year now, and I thought it was finally time to write a review. I attend pretty consistently, and since moving to Orange County from the Bay Area, finding the right fitness studio was important to me. When I was researching studios, I debated between investing in Lagree or continuing with CrossFit. After trying out a few gyms, I ultimately decided to commit to Lagree, and I'm so glad I did. The biggest reason I chose this studio is because of how friendly and welcoming the instructors are. The environment is not intimidating at all, and the studio truly feels diverse and inclusive, which was a huge factor for me. On top of that, the logistics make everything easy. The app is very user-friendly, there's plenty of parking since it's located in a plaza, and the studio also offers VersaClimber. I love that I can get both strength training and cardio all in one place. I also want to give a big shout out to the amazing instructors I've taken classes with Pia, Dana, JJ, Erin, and Lindsey. Trim fitness just opened the climb class and it's such a fun workout! The instructors are motivating, friendly, and fun. I particularly love the ambiance of the climb class because it's dark with lots of lights to keep you climbing and pushing yourself through the workout. I still go to Lagree Pilates and I think both workouts are great ways to get both strength and cardio at the same studio. I love the Trim Tribe! My favorite instructors are Natalie, Erin, and Harmony. They're so positive and helpful and I always feel like I've gotten an amazing workout after their classes. If you've never done lagree before, don't worry, they will walk you through it. It took me about a month to get used to everything and to remember all the moves, and afterwards, I felt so confident and even tried different lagree studios overseas. The studio is always clean and kept really well maintained. I love when they have donation programs where you can bring in your old work out clothes and get a 25% off deal on all their merch. If it's your first time and you don't have grip socks, don't worry, they also sell a very good selection so you can just get it there :) read more

(This is basically a copy of my review of the Costa Mesa location but different notes about the Lake Forest studio at the end!) As someone who used to strictly do at home workouts, I was introduced to Lagree back in September 2022 and quickly fell in love with this method. I've tested out various gyms, workout classes/studios, you name it--but none of them got me hooked quite like Lagree did, especially at Trim!! My favorite part about the classes is that it's high intensity in such a short amount of time. These classes are so perfect for people who don't have much time on their hands and just need to get in a quick, but EFFECTIVE workout. I typically go twice a week and that is already enough to see results! The classes never get easier, but you will get stronger. This isn't the kind of workout you dread, it's the kind you will make time and get excited for :) The instructors are incredibly high energy and the community is so friendly. I feel so confident in myself in every class I take simply because of how motivating the environment is. Shoutout to my favorite instructors Bibi and Amanda! And honorable mention to Jennifer S. and Harmony (I'm just not able to go to their classes as much). Bibi is so incredibly sweet and she made me feel so welcome in her classes. But don't be fooled she really will kick your ass. And Amanda (who Bibi also recommended I take) is INSANE!!! I have to build up some strength before taking her classes because she is intense but wow I always walk out of her class questioning how I made it through. Jennifer S. and Harmony are similar to me in a way that they are the types to motivate you in a girl's girl kind of way. They will really push you to make sure you get the body you want and they are conscientious of everyone being at different levels, but they will always tell you to just do one thing different, which is so nice to help YOU get YOURSELF through the movements! Last notes about the studio itself-- I love how this studio is literally 2 minutes away from me! So convenient especially if you're on a time crunch. The only things I wish this studio had are more instructor/time variety and the same convenience of the free towels that are offered in Costa Mesa. However it is a smaller studio so it is understandable that the amenities will be slightly different. Sometimes I forget a towel and I'll just have to deal with not being able to wipe my sweat but that's on me! Overall, I LOVE Trim, and you can try it out for free if you're a first timer :) read more

I love this place! I've been going 3 times a week since for a couple months now. Lindsey and Kimberly are the instructors I see the most, both are great. I had the pleasure of having Harmony as an instructor last week - she was excellent! She was super motivating, energetic, thorough, and I left there exhausted. The time always goes by fast at Trim Fitness and I wake up the next morning sore in spots I've never been sore. I've definitely noticed an improvement in my shape and posture.
