Wendy saw me eating a burrito on a bench and offered me a free class. I took it, and I loved it! The studio is clean, the equipment is kept up, and the teachers are consistently excellent. I modify for injury and I feel supported by the teachers. I never feel like I am less while I take class because I can't do exactly what the exercise is. Actually one teacher remembers and reminds me to set up my handles as I prepare for class. If you are consistent you will see changes, welcome changes in stamina, flexibility, strength, and body composition. My stomach that used to be in the way is much smaller now when I move! I am thankful my old form is coming back again. This place is a godsend to working single moms like me.

They're all unique and have their own vibe so it's great to tailor to the different types of yogis in the community. Very good at tailoring to those at all levels. The room is smaller than some of the other yogasix studios locally, but it feels a lot nicer of a community. They have special events occasionally that are included with just attending the studio and also workshops you can pay extra for. Members always get a discount on merch and workshops. Cute clothes and quality mats! I have to stoo myself from buying things on sale, and there's always a sales rack. Really fun community. I only wish I was able to attend more often but even with a busy work schedule they have class times that are flexible with and support that. I'm glad I signed up with a founder's discount when they first opened earlier this year they do special promotions throughout the year too and Kelsi & Sydni as GM & AM are really friendly and accommodating!

It takes forever to get a response to an email, even for urgent matters regarding credits that I have paid in advance that were frozen due to medical reasons which are no longer available on the app -even though they were promised- Even my phone messages have gone unanswered. It's really really frustrating to feel ignored as a paying client. I'll be finishing up my remaining credits and moving to another studio that values better communication and customer service. I wouldn't recommend this studio. It's a shame because it was close by, but the way the studio operates has made the experience stressful rather than enjoyable and I won't be returning.

I have never been turned away for having physical ailments until this studio today. I was told not…read moreto come in unless I sign a waiver saying I'm in good health with no disability or ailments. Idk anyone who doesn't have a physical ailment. I explained I wanted to join this studio to improve my health. Management couldn't care less and sent me away. I am going to try a closer studio instead. This obviously isn't the place for me. Or anyone else who is disabled. *Update: now that I have raised awareness about an unfair practice, now management decides to call me. When I spoke to Rachel she could have cared less about my concerns as I did not want to lie and sign a contract that would state I'm in good health and do not have a disability or physical ailments, when I do. Management did not get on the phone then. So I do not care to return a call. I did not receive an email. I simply will take my business elsewhere. Different locations have different owners and the other locations do not at all discriminate or make you sign a contract that you are in good health when you are not. The point of physical activity I believe is to improve health no matter what stage you are in.

Kind of struggling to write this review because while I had a pretty good workout, I think their 50…read moreminute intro engage class could use some feedback. I have been working out consistently (Pilates and pole) for a few years and I found this "intro" class to be challenging and, at times, confusing. It's so important to understand how to cue correctly to prevent injury and unfortunately the instructor I had just wasn't very effective at this. Multiple times I looked around the room to see all of us in different positions and there were no hands on corrections to help folks move into the correct form. I really value understanding the correct technique so I thought this was a missed opportunity. The only reason I could understand how to correct myself and my form was because another instructor was taking the class with me so I would look at them when I was confused. For someone who is maybe just getting in to working out, I could see this class being rather defeating and would not encourage me to come back. It's just not a true "intro" class where you are walked through the basics. To her credit, the instructor had amazing energy and did a great job keeping us all engaged and excited. I also like this studio generally, it's very clean and there's plenty of parking. Hopefully I will come back and try a few different instructors until I find the right fit. I just can't honestly recommend it to a newbie just getting into barre/working out.

Tonight my instructor Ally was very hands on in showing me what to fix. That was very helpful. My husband was here for the first time today and she gave him a full walkthrough of the mega reformer. What I didn't like was when doing exercises facing the back, the back mirrors are not aligned so I can't see my stance/ posture. I was on the second machine from the back today. Not sure if this is the other machines as well. This is the only studio I experienced this at. Strange.
