What a disappointment! I was in need of house cleaning services and picked them. The first time…read morewhere you pay for a deep cleaning was fine, they house was clean. Obviously deep cleaning is just the first time, but the second time, standard stuff like dusting was missed in a lot of locations. When you book a service and pay well over $400 you expect the basics to get done. What is worse, the people checked on their check list it was done. The last time was just before I hosted a baby shower and I am so angry about how awful that cleaning was. My formal living room was not vacuumed at all, my sunroom was vacuumed half ass, there was dirt in the corners where they should haven taken out a vacuum wand. Places weren't dusted again and it felt like my floors weren't even mopped. I had to set up for a baby shower, cook for it then I had to clean myself when I paid MaidPro. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They were there 3 of the 6 estimated hours. They left the house dirty, even after pointing out chocolate on the base board and a bathroom not cleaned they still didnt fix it. I was charged for 3.5 hours of service where the entire house that was empty mind you is still filthy. Once i expressed my concerns they blocked me. Wanting to come back after failing to do a job is not acceptable considering we were willing to pay more for a service that we weren't even provided. One cleaner seemed to spend more time trying to find service for her phone to work than cleaning. Also, they were late like you're late. Don't even stay for the time discussed.
