He must really think I'm dumb with his asinine response. He proceeds to say what, you never received it!? No I haven't. If I had I would not be calling. Then he says he took the funds out of his employees check and she was instructed to get it to me and has since been let go however long ago. He says he is going to look into it and call me back that day. Again never heard anything back. I called him a week later and left a voicemail. Surprise surprise, I have not received a call back nor a text. DO NOT give this company your business! The owner will tell you what he thinks you want to hear and then never follow through. I did notice a few things missed after they left, and Ed was more than apologetic and offered to have his team come back to make things better. Not only did they return another day, but they did additional cleaning at the second visit (and he sent one of his best team members to make it right). Recommendation: Be clear about the services you need done as not all companies are the same, so ask for details of what's covered. I'm quite impressed with management's responsiveness and willingness to correct things. Would use them again. I'm sure overtime, my 4 stars will move up to 5.
