First time customer and definitely a customer for life. Initially, I was searching Yelp to find a carpet cleaning company to clean an area run one of our dogs recently threw up on. I created a message and sent it out to about 10+ local companies and although Thomas wasn't the first to respond, but he ended up being the best decision we could have made. Another company responded first and never got back to us so I went to the next message and it was from Thomas. After a few minutes explaining our situation and what we needed, they said they were available the very next day. I asked if I could add an additional room and he immediately agreed. Upon arrival, Another One Wipes The Dust was very friendly and professional. We showed them the rug and they started cleaning right away paying extra attention the stains and doing a thorough job. From there, we moved into the extra room that we added and they did a fantastic job on that as well. As they were finishing up, my wife asked if they could clean our upstairs hallway before leaving because one of our dogs peed on the carpet and since they had time, we paid the difference and ultimately couldn't be happier! I was getting my home ready to sell and Another One Wipes the Dust was able to do a full deep clean combined with professional carpet cleaning and tile and grout cleaning all in a single day on a Sunday. Good pricing, timely, and extremely thorough. Only have lived in the house short of four years but having a toddler and dog will do their damage to flooring and this crew was able to restore to basically how the home was purchased. Amazing job! I was moving out of a rental and called these guys up for a full move-out cleaning. I had seen an ad for them on yelp, and decided, based on the good reviews, that I would give them a call. Rosanna was able to schedule the cleaning many weeks ahead on a sunday. The rental was located in Chino and they were able to drive outside their normal operating area to do the move-out cleaning. The results were spectacular! The house was spotless, and carpet (4 bedrooms, hallway, stairs and loft) were all thoroughly cleaned, along with tile, baseboards, mirrors, blinds, shower glass, and all countertops.
