On the plus side they were responsive on the phone and showed up when they said. It was 350 for the hose replacement which I felt was a little high but they stated the price up front. I've used Fletcher's Carpet cleaning service for several years, over twelve years probably. They truly deserve better star ratings in my opinion. In one of our homes, years ago, we had really basic carpet too, so the quality was not very good and despite that, Fletcher's kept our carpets in such great condition over the years. We had homes with one indoor dog and one indoor cat. Their cleaning service always removed their accidents and I couldn't be happier with their work. I recall the first carpet emergency I had was a soup I spilled and left a large red stain initially. After Fletcher's came by, they cleaned the padding as best they could, but I ended up having them just replace the area with some carpet remnants I had and it was like new. Not only did they do the cleaning, but also the carpet repair at that time. They're always prompt in getting back to us. Only times I've used other carpet cleaning companies has been if they were too busy and couldn't get to my house quickly enough due to a carpet cleaning emergency. (Anytime if my pets had been sick or had accidents I tried to get the mess cleaned as quickly as possible for sanitation/avoiding stain purposes). On those occasions where I've been impatient and couldn't wait for Fletcher's availability, I haven't found a service our household has been as content with as we have with Fletcher's. I recently moved back to the area and needed our carpets cleaned before completing our move. It has been a couple years since I've had a need for carpet cleaning. I called Fletcher's once again and a few other companies via Yelp this time, to see who could come by the earliest. Yelp is awesome because I received several calls back promptly and email replies as well. I can't believe they do not have that many reviews. They do such a professional job and they are on time and they really put their mind into the work that they do. I called at 10 in the morning and ask for them to do a same day clean and they showed up in a few hours. I had stains in my carpet that I did not believe could be removed, but they proved me wrong. Scott did an amazing job and I would absolutely recommend him over any one else. I have two dogs and sometimes my kids let them run around the house, and once the job is complete you could not even tell that I had any pets at all. I just had my carpets professionally for the first time and I am amazed at the results. Scott and Chris arrived right on time and got to work upstairs. I thought it would take a few hours to clean the six areas we agreed on, but they were done in a little over an hour. I am so happy with Fletchers! They pulled through for me at the last hour when another carpet cleaning company failed to show up. I am a Realtor in Temecula and my clients had just purchased their home and needed their carpets cleaned before their furniture was delivered. I used Home Advisor to locate a carpet repair company. Within minutes of my inquiry, the owner of Fletcher's called. He was able to schedule my fairly small job for the next day. The next day, Scott and another gentleman arrived early for the appointment. They were able to quickly ascertain the nature of the problem and devise a method for repair. Surprise my previous review has been deleted. Fletcher's cleaned my tile in April 2016. Over spray of chemicals damaged all my stainless appliances. He did send someone out to confirm they could not be fixed. Made a claim against his insurance which was deniedd because his policy DID NOT cover over spay. We negotiated a settlement of 50 % to which he was to make payments.....Not surprising we have seen nothing. He is NOT A MAN OF WORD!!! read more
