The Nurse Practitioner is VERY stingy on writing ANY kind of script because most of the patients are recovering from a substance abuse and she has labeled them all as a risk. When I first met Dr. Bache, I had a 1 year old and a 2 1/2 year old. I also had so much back pain…read morethat I could barely move. The doctors told me that the best they could do was pain meds or surgery. I said "no way!" I did yoga instead - which helped. But then I met Dr. Bache (cue music). My parents warned me about chiropractors but having spent years on this man's table (get your mind out of the gutter) I can't imagine where I would be without his magic. I am pain free. Did you hear me? Pain free! I do visit him now and then for an adjustment and have sent several friends to see him as well. I am a very last minute person and the good doctor can always fit me in....big bonus.

Make your appointment elsewhere…read more On 4/24/2026, I filed a formal complaint with the Maryland Department of Health Board of Physical Therapy Examiners, as well as this office's HR department, regarding a very serious concern involving patient care and professionalism. I was told by HR on 4/24 that the matter would be escalated immediately, that a general manager from this location would be contacting me later that same day, and that I would also receive follow-up from their HR department. To date, I have received no follow-up communication at all from the office or their HR department. My complaint involved Physical Therapist Assistant Marijo Birkhimer (MJ) and front desk staff member Rebecca Dawson consuming alcohol with a patient during the duration of his appointment. This raises serious concerns regarding professionalism, clinical judgment, patient safety, and the overall standards of care within this practice. For a licensed healthcare provider and medical office, I expected this matter to be treated with significantly more urgency and accountability. The complete lack of response only adds to the concern. Patients deserve a safe, professional, and trustworthy environment for their care. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend making your appointment elsewhere.
